Maintenance of MDR Roads in (R&B) Section Chintalapudi of (R&B) Sub Division No.2 Eluru for the year 2026-27

Providing B.T patch work using 1.20 cum of 40 mm IRC size HBG metal to get compacted quantity of 1 cum precoated with bitumen (VG-10) 80/100 grade using total quantity of 42 kgs including tack coat, cost and conveyance of all materials and staking the materials at road side to departmental gauge, for premeasurements, labour charges for cleaning the existing surface, appliying tack coat with hot bitumen, spreading 40 to 45 mm HBG metal, sectioning and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tones and spreading 9.50 to 11.20mm HBG machine crushed chips at the rate of 0.13cum per 1 Cum of metal as key stone and consolidation with 8 -10 T Power road roller spreading tack coat with hot bitumen and hire charges of T&P etc., compleate for finished work as per standared specification APSS No 1510.

ProvidingB.T. patch work using 1.33 cum of 9.5 to 11.20mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips to get compacted quntity of 1 cum using total quantity of 80/100 grade 72 kgs /1 cum including cost, conveyance of all materials including labour charges for all operations such as trimming the edges of the pot holes, cleaning the surface, applying tack coat with hot bitumen, and premixing the bitumen and chips spreading the mix to camber and required profile and rolling wih power road roller 8 to 10 T capacity including fuel charges for heating bitumen and hire and all other incidental charges and operational charges of bitumen boiler etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by departmental officers. APSS No 1510.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification (5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Clearing light jungle from road margins and removal from road boundry as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge.

Clearing Julifloria jungle from road margins uprooting and removal stumps including all labour charges from road boundary in the following roads

Stripping the excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level for sectioning the berms/shoulders as per MoRT&H Specification 3003

Providing Quarry rubbish irrespective of thickness in layers including cost and conveyance to site and all labour charges for spreading gravel, watering and rolling with hand roller etc., complete for finished item of work for filling Scours / low berms

Painting with best approved acrylic exterior emulsion paint two coats including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, cost of brushes etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting to KM stones with synthetic enamel paint (Two coats) including cost of Paint, conveyance to site and labour charges for all operations viz., cleaning, washing, painting etc., complete for finished item of work including painting letters and figures of size upto 10cm with best Synthetic enamel paint on KM stones and village name pedestals including cost of paint, brushes and all labour charges for painting lthe letters neatly line marking etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work.

Painting to HM stones with synthetic enamel paint (Two coats) including cost of Paint, conveyance to site and labour charges for all operations viz., cleaning, washing, painting etc., complete for finished item of work including painting letters and figures of size upto 10cm with best Synthetic enamel paint on HM stones including cost of paint, brushes and all labour charges for painting lthe letters neatly line marking etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work.

Cost, supply and fixing of KM stones of size 93.5X35X18cm conforming to I.S specifications including cost and conveyance of all materials all labour charges for finished item of work

Cost, supply and fixing of HM stones of size 65X15X10cm conforming to I.S specifications including cost and conveyance all materials and all labour charges for finished item of work

Engaging Front End Loader for clearaing deposits / Clearing wind fallen trees and also using emergency purpose including all charges i.e., Fuel and Crew charges, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Engaging labour for removing dead and wind fallen trees, Vegetation in expansion joints of Bridges and Culverts etc; complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
