M&L for chipping the spelled and old concrete removing loosely adhering particles using wire brushes and make the structure for the application of micro concrete complete complying with standard specification including lead and lift for an average thickness of 50mm including disposal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The cleaning of bar shall be in such a way that No rust shall be stick on it. 2. The removal of defective concrete shall be right round the bar, when going behind the necessary thickness

S&F TMT bars of any dia as in reinforcement, by welding wherever necessary complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: The lap provided shall be 15cm on either side of the bar which has lost its area.

M&L for exposing the existing reinforcement bars fully in the repair area and remove all loose scale and corrosion deposites and applying protective coating with zinc primer before concreting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of slurry tight form work which shall not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete shall be fabricated and erected in position. Provision shall be made for a suitable feed hopper for pouring micro concrete. The form work shall be coated with the Reebol mould or equivalant releasing agent prior to final fixing in position. Note : For steel surfaces, Nafuplan UST liquid or equivalant and for wooden surfaces Nafuplan K or equivalant shall be used.

M&L for stocking the sufficient quantity of micro concrete and 12 mm down graded chips , pouring in a continuous operation. A grout/concrete mixer of low speed heavy duty drill fitted with suitable paddle shall be kept ready and chips slowly and mix the same thoroughly in a forced action. The mixed material shall be placed immediately into the positioned form work continuously without any gap complete for an average thickness of 4-50 mm including water proof plastering complete.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick/stone walls or in ceiling surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm thick, as in skirting / dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick backing on stone/brick masonry surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.
