14.75:Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

OD249917/2024-2025:Chipping and removing old spalling/defective concrete and exposing the defective / corroded reinforcement of the ceiling, joint the additional bar wherever 1/3 diameter of the bar is corroded. Removal of the defective concrete across the bar should be at least 2 mm beyond the defective bar so that the reinforcing bar can be cleaned with emery ribbon,wire brush etc.After cleaning the bar wash the bar with clean water and collect all the spalled/fallen concrete.measurement is calculated for whole exposed area.Including cost of materials, labour charges,conveyance of materials to site hire charges of tools etc complete.

OD249918/2024-2025:The cleaned reinforcing bar, on the dried bar, applying corrosion inhibitant one coat of nitozinc primer care should be taken to see that the zinc rich primer coated should make an unbrocken continuous film on the bars. After cleaning the bar applying one coat of bonding agent Nitobond A R/SBR. measurement is calculated as in the previous case. 14.43:Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

14.72:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .
