Disconnecting and removing the water and electric connections carefully from the existing submersible pump sets of any capacity, any size,any make and taking out the submersible pump set of alongwith column pipe 100 mm dia,electric cable and fittings of bore well or strip opening the pump set (approximately 450 feets depth of pump set from GL) and taking out the pump set alongwith pipes and fittings for flushing the bore well or strip opening the pump set for repairs, replacement of worn out spares, fixing of serviceable spares assembling the pump set completely, testing of pump set, lowering the pump set inside the bore well after repairs, including connecting back the water and electric connections, Commissioning of pump set for satisfactory operation on its full load complete., all as specified and directed. NOTES :- 1. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2. Number of column pipe may vary from 30 to 50, The existing pipes & flanged joints shall be checked for its serviceability & unserviceable joints alongwith flanges shall be removed from the column pipe by cutting the pipes & making new thread in pipes for fixing of new flange joint, the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for above item. However cleaning of pipes if any required shall be measured & paid separately. 3. Expendable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials lubricants , gland packing metal filling, machinaing and transportation to and fro from site to work shop are deemed to be included in rate quoted. 4.The spares required for repair the pump sets,motor,MS pipe,MS Nut& botls ,rubber gasketjoints and rewinding of motors shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under appropriate items of Schedule ‘A’. 5. Labour elemetns is included in unit rates.

Opening the pump and motor for inspection, repairs and reassembling the pump and motor as per the original assembly after repairs/ replaceing the wourn out unserviceable parts with new parts as ordered (the parts including cleaning replacing the minor items like, packing bolts, nuts and washers and MS clamps etc) making the pump and motor fully serviceable including machining etc and testing the both after refixing duly testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by the E-in-Charge for 35 to 52 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 HZ, AC supply, pumps & motors of make KSB / SU / CALAMA. complete, all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under these items. (ii) Burnt out windings of motor shall be replaced, measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include transportation to & fro of pumps/ motors to workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs, alignment and testing of pump and motors at workshop. (iv) The rate quoted for the item shall include re-metaling of Pump shaft, polishing and grinding and making standard size to match with Gun Metal Bush/Neck-ring. (v) Lifting of pump and motor from bore well and lowering of pump and motor after repairs shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' (vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include replacement of small/ minor parts i.e. washers, keys for coupling, cable packing ring etc.

Red paint and writing " capacity of tank, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning" on wall as specified and as directed. (ii) All the sludge materials / fungus removed from the underground sump / semi underground sump and over head tanks will be removed outside defence land from the site. (iii) All underground sump / semi underground sum and overhead tanks will cleaned in all respect upto 3 mtr around the water tanks. (iv) All T & P required for the cleaning of tanks / Sumps will be arranged by the contractor. (v) The wire mesh of ventilations of the tank shall be replaced with new mesh. Disconnecting and removing the water and electric connections carefully from the existing water fountain and nozzles, cleaning of fountain sump and repair the water connection, Submersible pump 2/3 HP capacity and supply of nozzles of suitable size for 15/20/25mm size tubing including 03 Nos fountain under water lights with all electric connection to enable the complete system,testing and commissioning complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply,Installation,testing & commissioning in replacement of unserviceable LED Aviation obstruction lights, fitting of any pattern any description and in any position complete comprising of die cast aluminium alloy housig, finished in avaitation yellow colour, polycarbonate enclosures in red colour , with and including 302 Nos LED and accessoried fixed on over head reservior complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No:- BGAV 302 LED of make Bajaj or equivalent model in specified make as approved by GE. Note :- Rate for any preparatory works, T&P and other resources required for dismantling /repair/ fixing of aviation obstruction light,etc on the top of OHR at the height of 20 to 25 m from Ground level is deemed to be included in the scope of above item.

Supplying,fixing,testing and commissioning in replacement of LT distribution Panel (CPRI appproved) Cubicle type IP-56,outdoor type factory /fitting fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2 mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fitting, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC / epoxy insulator. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. Supplying, laying, jointing and testing single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 25 Sqmm of voltage rating upto 1100 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Collecting the sample of water from each source "bore well" and testing the sample for physical, chemical & bacteriological parameters and submitting the report in duplicate with comparison by IS-10500, complete for 29 parameter.
