M&L for machine cut kota stone slabs 18-20mm thick, as in floors, shelves, steps etc, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) including rounding off exposed edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slabs 18-20mm thick, as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab, over and including 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:4) including rounding off exposed edges all as specified.

M&L for grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish on existing terrazo /stone flooring , dado skiring etc, by machine or by hand with 120 to 150 grit size carborandom stone cleaning and washing the surfaces rubbed hard with felt and slightly moistened oxalic acid powder @ 5 gram per sqm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of aluminium anodised partition with frame, (fixed type) shutter, and glazing 4.8 mm thick plain glass, and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade in bottom panell, glass fixed with rubber gasket with aluminium glazing clips & snap beading including taking down unserviceable existing partion etc of following sizes;- Frame of vertical/horizontal section;- 44.5x44.5x1.22 mm thick Bottuom section;-100x44.5x1.22 mm thick Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge Work will be carried out up to 5th storey
