PART (A) - INCREASING CAPACITY OF 33/11KV S/S MISSION COMPOUND FROM 2x5 MVA TO 10+5 MVA.

Loading, unloading and safe carriage of the following materials from any Electy. Store Center of Electricity store division of Bareilly zone.

11kv XLPE cable 3x300sqmm

11 KV Cable jointing Kit 3x300 mm2 O/D

MS angle 75x75mm

Earthing of indoor & outdoor equipments of Sub-Station after proper welding of joints and painting of earth strip above soil with proper clamp etc. as per RESPO approved drawing & resistance of earthing should be not more than 2Ω as per details given below.

Making of triangular bridge by using MS electrode, GI strip 50x6mm and GI Pipe 40 mm dia with providing of well type pipe earthing upto 15 Mtr. depth below ground level including welding etc. by boaring process at T/F neutral, LA and newly erected structure including cost of GI pipe of size 40 mm dia 15 mtr. long of ISI mark.(all the required material will be supllied by the contractor), Earthing of structure should be done by using GI strip.

Supply of GI strip of size 50x6mm for earthing of all newly erected structures and equipments in switchyard including cutting, fixing & proper welding with equipments. All LA will be seprately earth also as per RESPO norms. (All the required materials will be provided by firm.)

Laying of 11KV cable of different size from power T/F to control room I/C . 11 KV Cable will be layed in brick trench constructed below 750mm to the ground level over the ganga sand. brick trench will be constructed by Ist class bricks covering three sides of cable, after laying 11 KV Cable brick trench will be filed by Ganga sand & then will be covered by bricks & backfill of soil over cable trench as per RESPO norms.

Termination of 11 KV 3x300sqmm size XLPE cable by filling 11 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including hoisting of cable and proper connection with bus bar gantry and bus isolator by providing suitable connectors.

Making of M.S. Angle Ladder type frame of Angle (65x65x6mm) & M.S. Strip (50x6mm) near power transformer for power cable with concreting in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate and proper clamping (50x6mm) of the same with transformer cable (grouting material will be provided by The firm).

Making of M.S. Angle frame of (65x65x6mm) in the shape of "L" to connect T/F Neutral by copper flexible strip with proper clamping including cost of copper strip. Earthing of Power T/F Neutral shall be done separately including welding with M.S. bar Electrode bridge 1 No. after making in triangular shape and proper connection with well type earthing etc. Grouting of structure will be done in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate (grouting material will be provided by The firm).

Dismentaling of existing ladder (for power cable hoisting) and neutral stand (for power transformer neutral earthing) before shifting of 5MVA transformer.

Repairing of existing 33KV control panel including repalcement of all required accessories as relay,control cable,Indicator, T&C switch,wiring etc. All type of material should be provided by the firm.

Safely shifting and dragging of 33/11 KV 5 MVA transformer from its plinth to safe site at Sub-station. Including its proper disconnecting of HT, LT side connection, neutral , Body earthing etc.

Shifting and dragging of 33/11 KV 10 MVA transformer from road side to its plinth alongwith its erection including fixing of all assessories and top-up of T/F oil.

Making HT side and LT side connection of new 10MVA transformer including its control cable connection of WTI, OTI, MOG, Buchholz relay and PRV with control panel. All required material as clamp, control cable etc provided by firm.

Complete repairnig of swichyard fencing.

Loading, unloading and safe carriage of the following materials from any Electy. Store Center of Electricity store division of Bareilly zone.

11KV XLPE cable 3x300 sqmm

11 KV Cable jointing Kit 3x300 mm2 O/D

MS angle 75x75mm

33 KV O/D CT CTR 400/200/1

Earthing of indoor & outdoor equipments of Sub-Station after proper welding of joints and painting of earth strip above soil with proper clamp etc. as per RESPO approved drawing & resistance of earthing should be not more than 2Ω as per details given below.

Dismantling of existing following damage equipments on their structure.

Complete laying and termination of copper control cables from 10 MVA TF, 33 KV VCB, 33 KV CT,10 MVA power T/F in the out door switch yard to new single transformer relay control panel inside the control room including cost of all materials and labour required for proper completion of works as per RESSPO drawings, including cost of testing of transformer, VCB, CT, relay pannel & proper relay settings as per requirement etc.
