Dismantling and taking down of the existing BER Lift of capacity 8 PS (544 Kgs) and 2 Ton (2000 Kgs) Goods lift of any make complete with all accessories such as reduction gear assembly, Traction machine, wiring, electric motor control panels, guide rails for lift cabin, counter weight including buffer spring, cabins, landing door assembly, car door assembly and wire rope etc serving G+3 upper floor installed in P-4 bldg and deposit it to MES Store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- (i) Contractor shall dismantle the existing BER lifts carefully shall deposite it MES store yard without damage to any part.Rate for transportation of items to MES store yard and T&P required for the same shall be deemed to be included in contractor quoted rate. (ii) Before carrying out dismantling work of a particular lift the contractor shall first produce the procurement order for the entire material required for installation of new lift after the contractor shall obtain permission in writting from Engineer-in-charge to carryout dismantling of the existing lift in P-4 bldg.

Note for Sl item Nos. 3 to 5: (i) Any necessary civil work such as making good to disturb surfaces, modification to landing space to suit to car size, necessary foundation to machine and one coat of white wash to lift shaft and also civil work required for lift pit & llift machine rooms for fixing and grouting of lift accessories and components shall be deemed to be included in contractor quoted rate and nothing extra on this account shall be permissible.

Dismantling and taking out old architrave from landing door and disposing of the same to outside MD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 18mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut mirror polished cladding with chamfered / rounded edges approved decorative design including necessery PCC work granite slab & jointing in cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of granite for lifts architrave at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying & fixing of LT cable on wall / floor / ceiling with proper saddles, including taking down old cable & testing of XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The cost of Al thimbles / lugs, saddles, clamps and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

Supplying & laying, 25 mm x 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection / terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, double door 4 way TPN, MCB DB with din rail and 200 A rating bus bar including making good to the disurbed surface matching with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
