Design, construction , erection, testing and commissioning of MPS and following components including DLP O&M for 6 years :- (i)Penal room of 30sq. mter covered area and PLC room including toilet block of 20 sq. mtr. Covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flowing, powder coated aluminum frame, of size 100mmx45mm of 10 gauge for chowkht, 75mmx45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mmx45mm of 10 gauge for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobain/ Modi Float. The toilet block shall be with one half-staff urinal & one European W/C, one wash hand basin as per approved drawings. (ii)RCC inlet chamber, Screen Chamber, rectangular collecting tank suitable for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 9.0, landscaping of the campus, providing & installing 1 No. of 375 m3 /hour, 2 No. of 425 m3/ hour and 2 No. of 62.50 m3/hour at 15 mtr head each with suitable LT penal equipped with all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable from LT panel to pump sets complete in all respects. (iii) K-9 D.I. pipe of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of Flanges. ISI Marked D.I. fitting, Sluice Valve, Non return valves as per requirement even for bye pass arrangement complete in all respects. Pipe from MPS to inlet channel of STP and for bye pass and from chlorination tank to nearby drain will be issued department free of cost. (iv) 3 Nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 Nos for screens and 1 No. for partition of collecting tank) as per design. (v) Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical coarse of minimum length. 6 meters for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 9.0. Note:- 1.The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is including in scope of work. 2. All the infrastructure except construction of staff quarter and path ways roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work of lump sum job. 3. All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level Sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC & SCADA and small be synchronized with the PLC panels at MPS & STP site through broadband internet facility. 4. The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved Structural/Hydraulic/Mechcanicak/Electrical Design to be approved by Department before actual execution of work including O&M of 5 Year.

Sewages Treatment Plant Design, construction , erection, testing and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant of 3.00 MLD based on SBR Technology, complete in all respect including online flow meter at inlet and outlet Electromgnotic, Disposal of sludge, construction of sump and lablor for stringing out, jointing, cutting and testing of 315 mm HDPE PN-4 pipe rising main (950mtr) for disposal of treated Effluent from STP to drain by pumping by complete in all respects including construction of pump chamber of size 9.15 x 4.57 m inside dimensions, boundary wall approach roads, Landscaping, MCC Panel Room, and all other contingent electrical mechanical piping and instruments work with PLC/ SCADA arrangement for STP and MPS alongwith synchronizing it with each other including furniture and laboratory equipment’s as per detail given in the bid document and including following components including O&M for 5 years.

CCTV Cameras Providing anf installing 5 CCTV Cameras 3 Cameras for STP and 2 Cameras for MPS complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer-In-charge within 96 hours of singing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen , 16 Channel DVR at STP site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at both the site i.e. MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site. Cameras : i)At STP and MPS site- 1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50x zoom camera, 3 No. 12mm lens size 1 No. 3.6 mm lens size. Make :- Sony/Panasinic/Samsung CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting execution of work including DLP operation & maintenance of 6 years.

TRANSFORMER, D.G. SET and FENCED ENCLOSURES Design, Supply & erection of 1 No. copper wound Transformer of 450 KVA on load tap changer or suitable capcity on higher side (at STP) of slandered make outdoor type, VCB Panel, G.O Switch, H.T. Metering Panels, APFC Panels alongwith for each Transforme, 11KV Substation, entre cable network from G.O. Switch to H.T. Metering equipment and from H.T. Metering to Transformer Main to L.T., Panel, Earthling, Safety equipment and any other contingent thereto complete in all respect as per DNIT and getting it passed from Chief Electrical Officer including DLF operation and Maintenance of 6 years.

Design, Supply & erection of 1 No. DG set of 320KVA or suitable capacity on higher side (at both MPS and STP) capacity each with Acoustic Canopy, AMF Panel and copper Earthling of sitable rate with change over switch & synchronizing panel complete as per DNIT including DLP operation & maintenance of 6 years.

Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and Lab cum office building including doors, windows & fitting with toilet block including all Sanitary fittings etc. as per drawing attached in DNIT at MPS & STP site covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flooring, powder coated aluminium frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobain/ Modo Float Covered Area (600 sqm) including operation & Maintenance of 6 years. Modi Float Covered Area (600sqm) including Operation & Maintenance of 6 Years.
