SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III : Supply and errect in true vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles 11 m long with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including internal surface painted with black bituminous paint & external surface painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer from top of pole to 1.5 mtr above from top of PCC coping & from top of PCC coping to 1.5 mtr height portion of pole to be painted with black & white colour paint as in alternate strips complete all as specified and directed . (Note: Earth work and PCC foundation etc shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Supply, fixing and testing of lightning arrestors HT 11 KV grade, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning HT 11 KV outdoor gang operated air break switch, triple pole for current rating upto 200 Amps, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism and operating rod made out of 25 mm bore GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level, with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil etc n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of pipe, cable etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Description as per item No 23 here-in before exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00 metre in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for dry sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying & stretching of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Only punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured and paid)

Supply and laying old size sub class 'B' bricks well burnt, best quality locally available, of size 230x115x75mm, laid flat with width equal to length of the brick in trenches over sand cushioning for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed

M&L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 50 mm bore GI pipe, complete all as directed. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

S&F 50 mm bore GI tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type Transformer, capacity 160 KVA, double copper wound step down, conform to latest BIS Certification, HT 11 KV/0.433 KV, AC, 3 Phase, Oil immersed, C.R.GO Core type Naturally cooled built-up-with class-A insulation conforming to IS 1180 (Part-I) 2014 with latest ammendment and shall have energy efficient level-1 (3 Star rated) complete with standard fittings including all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, earthing etc. including initial oil filling to appropriate level complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The Transformer shall be tested as routine test as per IS 2026:1977 in presence of AGE(I)/his rep. 2. The contractor shall submit Quality Assurance Programe within 15 days after placement of order for testing of Transformer at factory. Transformer shall be dispatch only after inspection clearance by inspecting officer as detailed by Accepting Officer. 3. The contractor/manufacturer shall furnish original MILL certificate (paid vouchers and test certificate) of the CRGO manufacturer. 4. The contractor/ manufacturer shall furnish the diameter of LV & HV copper winding and its total resistance. The stray losses shall be specified in percentage terms. The percentage of No load and Full load losses shall be as per IS 1180:2014 of Energy effieciency level 2. 5. The contractor shall get the approval of Accepting Officer for the make of the transformer. 6. Separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing. 7. Necessery foundation shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included accordingly. 8. Pre-commissioning test by EI/SEI will be carried out and all arrangement shall be done by the contractor at no extra cost.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified & directed.
