EARTH WORK :
Felling down carefully trees of all girth above 300mm (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the location within NFC for all leads as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.
Earthwork excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means for over Areas, foundations, trenches, drains etc. upto required depths in all kinds of Soils except Soft and Hard Rock in both dry and wet conditions, dewatering if necessary, dressing the bottom and sides to required levels, profiles, slopes, etc., disposing the surplus earth/spoils within a lead of 50m , levelling the areas including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc., complete all as directed and specified.
a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.
b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.
c) Above 3.00 m to 4.50 m depth from average ground level.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means for over areas, foundations, trenches, drains etc. in ordinary rock/granular sub base (GSB)/water mix macadam(WMM)/water bound macadam(WBM) upto the depths specified below including dewatering if necessary, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc.,including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.
a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.
b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.
c) Above 3.00 m to 4.50 m depth from average ground level.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means for over areas, foundations, trenches, drains etc. in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by chiseling, wedging or any other approved method viz. using plasma cutting with diesel plasma gun under 3.5Kg/Sqcm pressure, including air compressor, followed by pneumatic chieselling or using non explosive expansive chemical agents , including drilling of holes as specified by manufacture, filling of expansive chemical, followed by pneumatic chiseling, diamond wire rope cutting etc. upto the depths specified below, including dewatering if necessary, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc.,including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, for all leads within NFC for all lifts complete as specified and directed by EIC.
Lead charges within NFC premises for additional lead over the initial lead by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock, debris, other unserviceable materials etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively.
CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) :
Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Grade M-10 using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including laying in proper level, profile and slope, consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.
Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 35 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 440 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromanda, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc ,Pidilite, Sika, BASF, Cico or approved equivalent in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-35 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using Portland Slag Cement conforming to IS 455 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches/manholes etc. with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement.
FORM WORK :
Providing centering and shuttering using good quality densified film-faced Plywood of at least 12mm thick approved make conforming to IS 4990 including strutting, propping, staging made out of steel frames/H-frames/ Mild Steel (MS) Pipes/Cup and Lock System etc., and removal of the same as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets, tie rods, sleeves, filling tie rod sleeves with non shrink cementitious (Fosroc conbextra GP2) grout and applying One (1) coat of shuttering oil (Cemol/Fosroc make/any other ) on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete,including PVC/cement cover blocks of adequate strength etc., if required, for insitu Reinforced Concrete and in Plain Cement Concrete works, making pockets in machine foundations etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The Formwork shall be designed and got approved from the Design Section before erection.

REINFORCEMENT & STRUCTURAL STEEL
Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of minimum grade Fe-500D/550D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., providing cement cover blocks of adequate strength, complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge. Note: The grade of reinforcedment bars shall be gotten approved by EIC before procurement.
Providing and fixing in position galvanised chemical anchors of dia 16mm to 24mm and length upto 300mm of minimum 5.8 grade of approved make of Hilti, Fischer, Fosroc of best quality for anchoring supporting structural steel columns/beams or other members including drilling holes of required dia in RCC, cleaning of holes, providing and injecting chemical/injection mortar of make Fischer (FIS EM plus), Fosroc (Lokfix E77) or approved equivalent with hand gun, aligning bolts to position, proper level, washers, Labour, etc., complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed.
Placing shear connectors of upto 32 mm dia TMT re-bar into the RCC member including drilling necessary holes to required depth using drill machine, cleaning the holes and removing dust, dirt , etc and supplying and anchoring with epoxy based resin grout material of Fosroc Lokfix E77 or equivalent make complete with cost of materials, labour, tools as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. NOTE: Reinforcement for Shear Connectors shall be measured seperately for payment.
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, MS/GI insert plates/ embedded plates/rolled sections such as angles, channels, Tees, flats, etc./pipes (medium quality) conforming to relevant BIS codes of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia TMT bars, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with 2 (Two) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux wherever required, fixing in line, level and plumb complete as directed. Note: TMT bars will be paid under relevant item.
Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using rolled steel joists, angles, channels, plates, chequered plates, flats, bars, louvers etc. of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 or square/rectangular hollow sections conforming to IS 4923/1161 of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL in built up sections, Trusses (Complete Truss system consisting of Trusses, Purlins, Bracings, Gusset Plates, Base Plates etc.,), framed work, mezzanine, trestles, ladder, gates, grills, hard drawn wire, PEB structure (Bracings, Struts, walkway platforms, staircase etc.), including cutting, transportation of members to site, erecting members using suitable cranes/jigs/pulleys in line , level, plumb etc., providing Bolts and Nuts, mechanical anchors and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting with 3 (Three) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux, complete as specified and directed Note:1) The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated. 2) One additional coat (Third coat) of paint as per specifications shall be applied on Structural Steel after erection and no extra payment will be made for the same.
Foundation Bolts: Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 (Mild Steel Bars Grade – I)/ IS 1875/AISI/SAE codes and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels Complete and as directed .
STONE & BRICK MASONRY :
Random rubble masonry as per IS 1597 with hard stone with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse sand (conforming to IS 2116)) at all depth and height including scaffolding, raking out joints, simultaenous flush poining, curing, complete as specified and directed.
Brick work as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of Class Designation 7.5 and above as specified at height/depth mentioned below with cement mortar 1:6 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse Sand (conforming to IS 2116)} including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed.
a) At all depths below FFL
b) Above FFL upto V floor level
Half brick masonry as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of class designation 7.5 or above as specified above FFL upto V floor level in partitions walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 crushed coarse sand), including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing and with Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M15 (1:2:4) stiffeners of depth 75mm at every 900 mm height including form work, curing etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding reinforcement. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule
PLASTERING AND PAINTING :
Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with ready mixed plaster cement mortar (1 cement :4 sand) of make M/s Enduraplast, Walplast, Ultratech or approved equivalent finished smooth finish with including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, hacking of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Cement plastering 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level using ready mixed plaster of make M/s Enduraplast, Walplast, Ultratech or approved equivalent with 12mm thick base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, 8mm thick finishing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 , final rendering, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for service lines, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, hacking of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.
Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal or external walls/drains using ready made plaster in cement mortar (1cement:4 Sand) of make M/s Enduraplast, Walplast, Ultratech or approved equivalent fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC , providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for service lines, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, hacking of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.
Providing and applying white cement based putty in two coats including one coat of primer with average thickness not less than 1 mm, of Birla make or any other approved manufacturer over the plastered wall surface (external/internal) to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
EXTERIOR PAINTING :- Applying of Two or more coat of elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane of asain paint damp proof advance or Dulux Aquatech Flexible damp proof base coat as per manufacture specification. Finishing walls with 2 or more coat of 100% Premium acrylic Smooth waterproof exterior finish emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Dept Tinted) with silicon additives, equal to asain paint ultmia protek or Dulux Professional weathershield Flexx or Paints can be obtained from approved make from M/s. Asian, Dulux, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or any other make etc., including surface preparation, scrubbing, sand papering, removing of loose paint, plaster, dirt, etc., filling of cracks, holes with crack filler of make fosroc renderoc CS/CF or approved equivalent complete and as directed.
INTERNAL PAINTING :- Supplying and applying two or more coats of interior luxury emulsion paint with high sheen, stain resistant and antibacterial/antifungal properties including providing one coat of approved suitable interior primer at all heights above plinth level, including cleaning the surface, surface preparation, rubbing with sand paper, scraping of the existing loose paint with putty knife, filling of holes with putty, filling of cracks with fosroc renderoc CF/CS or approved equivalent, complete and as directed.
False Ceiling, Flooring & Roofing :
Providing and Fixing Light weight Calcium Silicate False Ceiling with Silhouette Grid at all heights of Aerolite make with 15mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate tiles of size 595X595mm of approved design, texture and pattern having 100% RH – HUMIDITY RESISTANCE, non-combustible as per BS 476, Noise Reduction Coefficient of 0.5, Light reflectance above 85%, Thermal Conductivity less than 0.05 W/m K, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections of 0.4mm thick Silhouette Profile, rotary stitched double webbed white with 6mm reveal profile comprising of main ‘T’ runners of size 15X42mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15X42mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15X42mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600X600 mm , wall angle of size 22x19x0.4mm to be fixed all around the wall. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from the ceiling using GI slotted cleats fixed to ceiling with 50mm long 8 mm outer dia M-6 dash/anchor fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded GI hanger rod with L-shape level adjuster of size 85X25x2mm or 4mm GI hanger rod with butterfly clip, including scaffolding, at all heights, complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note: Hanger system shall be decided as per site conditions and height of false ceiling as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & fixing glazed vitrified tiles/double charge vitrified tiles of polished/matte/anti-skid/rustic finish of size 600mmX600mm/1200mmX600mm/800mmX800mm and thickness as per manufacturer's specifications conforming to IS 15622 for flooring ( thickness as specified by manufacturer) of make Johnson, Somani, Kazaria of required shade, design, colour and pattern laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.): 4 coarse sand) or polymer modified adhesive of make MYK/Roff or approved equivalent including providing joints of 2mm/3mm with spacers filled with epoxy grout mix of desired shade as per manufacturer's specifications of make Pidilite, MYK of required color. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.
Providing & fixing glazed vitrified tiles/double charge vitrified tiles of polished/matte/anti-skid/rustic finish of size 600mmX600mm/ 1200mmX600mm/ 800mmX800mm/ 300mmX600mm and thickness as per manufacturer's specifications for dado, skirting, risers of steps (thickness as specified by manufacturer) of make Johnson, Somani, Kazaria of required shade, design, colour and pattern laid using suitable high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesives (Water based) of Roff/MYK or approved equivalent, providing joints of 2mm/3mm with spacers, filling of joints with matching epoxy grout mix of desired shade as per manufacturer's specifications of make MYK, pidilite of required color, as required, complete as specified and directed.
Providing and laying machine cut chissel dressed kota/Shahbad stone slab of approved shade in floor, tread, landing, riser, skirting, dado over and including a bed of cement mortar including preparing the base surface, applying neat cement slurry @ 2.75 Kg of cement per Sq.m. of area to receive the mortar, providing neat cement slurry @ 4.4kg. of cement /Sq.m. of area over the mortar bed, jointing each slab with neat cement paste/ grouting white cement and pigment ( conforming to IS : 2114, Table-1, matching the shade of slabs), machine cutting of the slab edges square, true & plumb finishing, grinding, polishing, finishing etc. all complete.
25mm thick kota/Shahbad stone slab (with tolerance +_2mm for thickness, +_2mm for length/ breadth) in floor tread, landing, riser, skirting, dado over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement : 4 coarse sand by volume) for floor/tread/landing and 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1 Cement : 3 coarse sand by volume) for dado/skirting/risers etc.
Providing and fixing 16 to18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished/honed/leathered/lappato or in combination machine cut Granite stone for floor/treads/ risers /steps / dado/ skirting/ ramps/window sills/jambs/wash basin platforms etc. of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over minimum 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse crushed stone sand)/ 12 mm thick, 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse crushed stone sand) cement mortar/chemical adhesive, joints treated with epoxy grout, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish, making cutouts in granite for washbasin/pillar taps/any other fittings etc. complete at all levels including cost of single/double nosing, making 3 no of grooves for saircase treads etc. all complete as specified and as directed.
GSB: Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator/approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tons Capacity/approve means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work).
Providing over RCC flooring, grade slab when concrete is in green condition, finishing top with hard finishing coat using non –metallic floor hardener of Chhabdur or Hardtop or any other from M/s. Fosroc, STP, MYK, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals of approved quality and make at spread rate of 7Kg/Sqm or as specified by manufacturer for heavy duty floor finish including spreading after vacuum dewatering, ramming, consolidation, finishing smooth using power trowel to required levels or slope as specified, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed with vacuum dewatering. Note: Vaccuum dewatering will be carried out only if required and will be paid in relevant item.
Vacuum Dewatering & Power Trowelling: Vacuum dewatering of concrete using vacuum dewater technique for evaporation by way of removing the excess water using rigid or flexible suction mat incorporation filler layers and vacuum filler layers and vacuum generator (80 to 90% vacuum is to be applied at the rate of 3 to 5 minutes per 25 mm of depth), finishing with power trowel to get smooth finish all as per specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge for grade slab.
Joints Groove Cutting and Sealing: Cutting using Diamond saw or any other suitable equipment grooves of size 6mmx12mm in flooring at construction/contraction joints or as directed by design Engineer, including filling with polysulfide sealant of M/s. Foroc, STP, Pidilite, MYK, cleaning the joints using compressed air, drying the joint before application complete as directed.
Providing & applying screed concrete of M-25 grade with maximun coarse aggregate size of 10 mm or less using Weigh Batching or RMC using Portland Slag Cement conforming to IS 455 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 10mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including power troweling, consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, adding water proofing chemical of FOSROC/PIDILITE/SUNANDA as per manufacturer's specifications, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.
DOORS, WINDOWS, PARTITION ETC :

Providing and fixing of UPVC fixed louvers with Aparna Venster/Deltra make or approved equivalent upvc profiles. The outer frame should be minimum 60 X 58mm in size or as per manufacturer's specifications and the upvc louvers ( Z shaped) should be minimum 57mm in width or as per manufacturer's specifications. There should be a provision at the bottom of the UPVC frame for disposal of rain water. The louver should be pre fabricated at the factory and installed at the site and sealed properly with silicone . The upvc frames should be reinforced with 1.00 -1.50mm GI steel. The louver frame should be fized to the existing RCC member/masonry wall or louver opening by using stailnless steel screws. Good quality hardware should be used, complere and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Regardless of the dimensions given above, the design approved by EIC at the time of execution would be binding.
Supplying and fixing in position approved motor automatic operated (push & pull) steel rolling shutters made from M.S. lathes of not less than 1.25 mm thick including supplying and fixing all necessary fixtures, fittings, top hood, guide channels, shutter suspension shaft not less than 6", ceiling strips providing approved quality of ball bearings, locking arrangements, handles, lugs, cutting, drilling necessary holes in concrete, grouting lugs with cement concrete 1:2:4, including providing and fixing not less than 1.0HP motor of Crompton Greaves, Kirloskar, L&T, Jielong along with other accessories for On and Off, level switch ). connected operatable, applying one shop coat of approved Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as shown in the drawing and as directed (measurement for rolling shutters will be as per the structural openings, hoods shall not be measured separately).
Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with vision panel. Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied should be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Approved manufacturer Shakti Hormann or approved equivalent. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 125 x 60 mm made out of 1.20mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall/RCC column opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry/RCC column opening. Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Providing and fixing in position epoxy powder coated (minimum thickness of power coating 50 microns)Aluminium partition /Grills/ door/ windows/ ventilators/ louvers with single/double side hung/tophung/sliding shutters etc. using extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make (Jindal Delux Series (Domal)/Hindalco/Indal sections or its approved equivalent sections) and confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 of required available colour, manufactured to relevant IS Standard Specifications including applying Epoxy coating of required thickness, fixing with rawl plugs and screws or fixing with clips or with expansion hold fastners, including locks/locking arrangement for doors/windows, handles, mortice locks, aldrops, tower bolts, door stopper, magnetic catcher, hinges, friction hinges, aluminium push plates, sliding rollers, aluminium hardware fixtures, cleat angles, beadings etc as per the requirement, gaps of structural opening to aluminium frame work to be filled with siliconate / polysulphide sealant, fixed suitably to brick wall RCC column structures complete as directed. NOTE: Aluminium sections such as shutter frames, window / door frame, beading channel for glass/adjustable louvers/mosquito mesh, door handles, louvers etc., shall only be measured linearly as per actual / finished cutting size and multiplied with sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without any allowance for wastage. No separate payment shall be made for fittings such as locks/locking arrangement, hinges, friction hinges, rollers, door stoppers, magnetic catchers, fittings and fixtures, gasket, cleat angles etc.
Providing and fixing Pre-laminated cement bonded particle board of thickness 12 mm of M/s Bison or approved equivalent conforming to IS:15786 with decorative lamination on both sides including cutting, fixing in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with CP brass or stainless steel screws etc. complete, as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing glazing with 5 mm thick plain toughened glass of approved quality (Atul, Modiguard, Triveni, Hindustan Pilkington) for windows, louvers etc., including EPDM gasket wherever required, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
WATERPROOFING :
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg / sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. NOTE :- 1)The treatment shall be tested by ponding water for a period of 10 days. If due to location of rain water pipes the average thickness of treatment exceeds 110 mm for easy flow of water the extra brickbat coba will be paid as extra item and the rate for the same to be got approved from the Department before execution 2) The waterproofing treatment is to be guaranteed for bone-dry condition for a period of 10 years in the prescribed proforma. 3) The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of terrace covered by the treatment measured between brick/concrete parapets without plaster and the area of vatas calculated by taking the length of vatas and the height above the finished level of the terrace.
Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing (BOX TYPE WATERPROOFING) on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures using rough shabahd stone as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of : (i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course/PCC (PCC is paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. Cement slurry @2.2kg/m2 admixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions to be applied twice at base and top of mortar. (ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. (iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.
Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing (BOX TYPE WATERPROOFING) on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge :
Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops , Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick), conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete as specified and directed

Dismantling very carefully the existing MS/GI/CI/RCC/PVC pipe of various dia upto 300mm for various service lines/hand rail with all fittings and fixtures etc., cutting the pipeline after shutdown, stacking with in NFC for all leads, including providing dummy flanges with approporiate gasket to the remaining pipe.

NAME OF THE CONTRACTOR
Applicant to write YES/NO against each item, with clarification and document reference as required. Applicant is required to consider complete scope of work and supply, and comply to specifications and as such ‘NO’ is not warranted. However, in case if Applicant’s reply is ‘NO’ for any of the checklist points, bidder shall give reasons for the same.
Applicant is required to submit all information and relevant documents correctly, failing which Applicant’s Bid shall be considered as non-responsive and may be considered liable for rejection. The owner reserves the right not to give an opportunity on a later date to submit incomplete documents/ information after bid submission date. All documents are to be flag marked for easy identification specifically in the hard copy of bid.
In case the Work of the qualifying job(s) submitted have been executed as a Sub-Contractor to main contractor, Applicant to confirm submission of the following documents in addition to what is stated at Sl. No. 10 to 14 above, as applicable above for main contractor for all qualifying jobs duly self attested.
Applicant to submit Appendix-V to NIT titled “Technical and Administrative Personnel” duly signed & stamped with company seal
Applicant to submit Appendix-VI to NIT titled “Plant, Equipment & Machinery” duly signed & stamped with company seal.
Applicant to submit Solvency Certificate duly filled in FORM-B titled “Form of Banker’s Certificate from a Scheduled Bank and same , should be on the letter head of the issuing bank” as per the enclosed format in the NIT Document duly Signed & Stamped with seal by the concerned scheduled Bank
Applicant to submit duly filled in FORM-A titled “Financial Information” strictly in the format available in the NIT Document duly certified by Chartered Accountant and signed by the Applicant, also indicating Financial Arrangements for carrying out the proposed work as asked in Sl. No. II of FORM-A
Applicant to upload duly filled in Form-C (Details of all similar works completed in all respects during last seven years as on the bid submission date) indicating all the information strictly in the format as enclosed in the NIT Document.
Applicant to upload duly filled in Form-D (Details of all works of any nature under execution or Awarded) indicating all the information strictly in the format as enclosed in the NIT Document.
Applicant to upload duly filled in Form-A (Construction/Works Contract Turnover for last five financial years) indicating Turnover and Profit/Loss details of last Five financial years strictly in the format as enclosed in the NIT Document..
Applicant to upload duly filled in Form-H (Details of Construction Plant and Equipment likely to be used in carrying out the work) indicating all the information as asked.
Applicant to upload duly filled in Form-G (Details of Technical and Administrative personnel to be employed for the work) indicating all the information as asked.
Applicant to upload duly filled in Form-F (Structure & Organisation) indicating all the information as asked.
Applicant to confirm acceptance of time schedule for completion of the Work as stipulated in NIT document.
Applicant to submit copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN), GST certificate, Employees Insurance and provident fund registration certificate duly self attested.
Applicant to submit declaration by bidder, letter for submission of bid and other documents as per NIT
Applicant to submit Hard Copy of Checklist
