Repairs to 100KVA Transformer Lying at store in damaged condition to unitized its service as standby for lift irrigation schemes Delina Ghat, Novla & Darpora by way mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 100KVA HT/ LT Transformer using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1km lead
Extra per kilometer for lead >5.0 kms up to 10.0 kms
Dismantling of 100KVA 11/0.4kV transformer by way of opening of top lid, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils
Providing and fitting of finished new Aluminum H.T coil wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs, ete
Credit value for scrap Aluminum as 80% as per actual.
Providing and fitting of three no H.T bush rods of brass
Providing and fitting of Bush cup with washers of H.T transformer
Complete assembling of 11/0.4kV transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc and testing it on site as per requirement.
