Dismantling/disassembling of 200mm dia. flanged already fitted MS pipes for relocation of rising main cutting of damaged/rusted nuts and bolts without excavation. Stacking of pipes within lead of 50m as per directions of site incharge.

Earth work by manual means in all kinds of soil for laying of pipes including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth within a lead of 50m and lead of one meter from cutting edge as corridor for laying of pipes.

Fitting , handling, laying of 200mm dia. MS flanged pipes along excavated corridor by way of providing fitting of rubber washers, nuts/bolts etc. to ensure leak free joints

Handling, laying, providing and fitting of 200mm dia. 6.3 mm thick ERW ISI marked MS flanged as an additional pipe for relocation of rising main. The job includes fabrication of Offsets/bends wherever necessary as per site requirement. The pipe ends shall be welded with 12 mm thick MS flanges. Pipe Specifications: NB size= 200 mm Thickness= 6.3 mm Type of welding= ERW MS Flange thickness=12 mm Pipe length= 4-7 m Flange holes= 08 no.
