Painting of External area Painting of complete external surfaces including external walls, common areas inside building like corridor, stair area, stair room, service room, water tank area, wooden windows,ventilator grills, parapet walls, handrails, water tanks cover, exposed pipes, top & bottom surface of sunshades & light roofing over the terrace etc. complete of 1 block of quarter as per the sequence below Sequence of Painting Masonry/RCC -Plastered surfaces 1. Jet washing (Building external areas) 2. Removal of flaky and uneven old paint layer including smoothening the surfaces using sander machine (Building internal areas) 3. Crack filling 4. Primer (1 coat) of approval brand & colour. 5. Exterior emulsion (2 coat) of approved brand & colour. Wood Work/Steel Work 1. Cleaning with sand paper 2. Enamel paint (2 coat) of approved brand & colour Excluded area: Roofing sheets, tiled areas, Electrical fixtures and equipment., terrace floor. Remark : Covers of water tank is to be removed and painted on both top and bottom surface. Unit "Nos" means 1 complete quarter building of 4 storeys with 4 apartment in each storey
