M&L for provision of soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25 / SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC / DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.6m dia x 6.00m effective depth complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply, install, test & commissioning of out door type LT feeder piller box made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet out door type totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof as per IS, CPRI approved with front opening suitable locking arrangement having copper bus bar of 225 Amps capacity for RYB and half for neutral and insulated with insulators, including connecting incoming and outgoing cables necessary PCC 1:3:6 in foundation and made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron grouted at ground above 30 cm from ground level comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Note: Cost of necessary internal wiring from bus bar to MCCBs / MCBs / enclosure connections etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. M&L for extending the extisting LT panel board at substation VI with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet factory made indoor type totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof as per IS, CPRI approved with front and rear opening suitable locking arrangement with necessary copper bus bar of capacity 300 Amps with necessary supporting insulators so as to match with the existing LT panle board / distribution panel by connecting to existing bus bar by using rigid copper bus bar by opening the one side of existing panel / bus bar including necessary supporting frame / channel fix through existing cable trench from ground with comprising of the following: - (a) MCCB 200 Amp, 4 Pole, 36KA, Ics-100% of Icu - 01 No. (b) Provision for outgoing cable of size upto 120 sq mm from the extended portion of LT distribution panel.
Supplying, laying, testing & commissioning of LT XLPE cables, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel stranded armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt graded of 120 Sqmm 3.5 core cross sectional area laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying, laying, testing & commissioning of LT XLPE cables, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel stranded armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt graded of 35 Sqmm 3.5 core cross sectional area laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying, laying, testing & commissioning of LT XLPE cables, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel stranded armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt graded of 16 Sqmm 4 core cross sectional area laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note for Sl item Nos. 34 to 36: (i) Rate include the cost of lug of proper size and cable gland. (ii) Necessary excavation, PCC cover, and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.
S&F, sand for cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be taken for measurement.

Supply of 200 Watts flood light with die cast aluminum housing, secondary peanut lense with toughened glass diffuser, LED of High power OSRAM / CREE / LUMILED / BRDIGELUX, luminaire efficiency of >110Lm/W; the product should be with IP 66; THD 0.95; CCT of 5700K, internal surge protection 4 KV, driver of BIS potted driver with IS standard, Brand name should be embossed on product for long life identification. The luminaire shall guarantee upto 50,000 burning hours as per L70 & LM80 reports. TDS & LM79 Reports shall be furnished confirming as per Engineer-in-Charge and including light is to be fixed on pole with necessary supporting clamps and nut & bolts etc., complete all as specified and directed.
S&F, steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 type (9.0 Metre long), complete, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers etc., pole confirming to IS 2713 Part-II, including drilling holes, painting with two coats of bituminous paint both internally and externally in embedded portion of the pole in ground / concrete painting to exposed surface with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
S&F, transparent cover type street light junction box of size 168 mm x 253 mm x 115 mm made of high quality thermoplastic type with hinged and 04 Nos DIN mounted terminal suitable for 10 Sqmm XLPE cable, IP-66 (dust and power jet proof according to IEC 60529), shock proof, rust free, corrosion free acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant having high impact (IK 08) totally insulated (Class II) made of halogen and silica free recyclable material, UV resistant having high grade gasket made of polyurethane with copper bus bar 25 x 5 mm - 04 strip, 01 No MCB SP 6 Amps with locking arrangement and 02 Nos M-40 size cable gland and one M-32 size gland suitable upto, 10 Sqmm cable etc and fixing to the street light pole with 02 Nos, 25 x 3 mm thick MS clapms, nuts & bolt etc., complete all as specified and directed.
S&F, Bollard luminaire die cast housing and clear acrylic of IP 65 protection Inverted Tripod type, resistance to corrsion of 10 Watt with LED lamp with all fixing arrangements fixed with soft 360 deg light distribution complete all as specified and directed.
LIGHTNING PROTECTION S&F, aluminium strip 20 x 3.15 mm thick on parapet or surface wall complete with saddles and fixing screws for roof / down conductor on porcelain / epoxy spacer insulators complete all as specified and directed.
FIRE ALARM & DETECTION SYSTEM Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Single Loop addressable main fire alarm panel, with 99 detectors and 99 modules and upto 200 detectors and modules per loop. The panel is to be installed in non air-conditioned environment and shall be suitable for the atmosphere with humid condition operate on 230 V AC, 50 Hz and shall provide all necessary power for the control panel. In the event of a mains electrical failure, the fire alarm control panel shall have the capability of being supported in its intended state by standby batteries. The fire alarm control panel shall be fitted with an integral 0.7 Amp battery charger, current limited with DDP for 24 V lead acid batteries. The battery charger must be capable of being up-graded in capacity to facilitate larger system complete all as specified and directed.
S&F, 2 x 1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1000 V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of cross linkable ethylene rubber (EPR) insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath complete as required, drawn through 25 mm dia steel conduit complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, install, testing & commissioning of multisensor detectors with smoke and heat combination complying with type certified to EN-45 / UL listed addressable type photoelectric / optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS 11360 complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & installing of wall / ceiling mounted 3 W double sided LED EXIT signage luminaire lit up using regular mains supply and 2 hours backup battery supply complete all as specified and directed.
WATER COOLER AND REFRIGERATION Supply, install, test & commissioning of water cooler fully stainless steel electric driven single phase, 230V, 50Hz having storage capacity of 80 litres and nominal cooling capacity of 40 litres complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & install, voltage stabiliser for automatic operation, single phase, naturally cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250V with output voltage stabilised at 230 Volt with accuracy of +2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
PILE FOUNDATION Boring of cast-in-situ bored pile of 700mm dia to any depth through any type of soil / strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate shall include mobilisation, erection, dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.
M&L for reinforced cement concrete of grade M-30 design mix as per IS-456 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in piles of 700mm dia from cut off level complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking / hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position / required shape complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for TMT bars in reinforcement 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia confirming to IS-1786 as in stirrups cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking / hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position / required shape complete all as specified and directed.
