6M Span over head Cantilever Structure with 300 dia M S one vertical post Suppy fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever Strucuture 6 m span comprising of one vertivcal posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10mm MS plate at top & 12 mmm M S plate at bottom. The honizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M S pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS palte at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90 x 0.9 x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:3:6 cement coarse sand and 400 mm gauge stone bailast and RCC-m25 grade concrete including supply and fixing of 25mm dia Foundation Bolts 600mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of all material etc.as per MoRTH-802

Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic Sheet Providing and fixing Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic sheeting as per IRC 79-2019 consisting of yellow colored flexible prismatic sheeting with non-metallic prismatic lens as retro reflective elements and conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 Type VI specification values for reboundable sheeting. AFP sheeting shall be of ift width and laminated at the back with a 50 micron thick Aluminum (Al) foil with pressure sensitive adhesive and liner. AFP sheeting shall have screen printed arrow/slant line pattern in black color on top & shall not crack when tested for flexibility as per section $2.2.2 of ASTM D 4956-09. The AFP sheeting shall be applied with a neoprene contact adhesive with Polychloroprene as base & the edges of the product shall be sealed all around with a two-part epoxy based structural adhesive and shall be extremely resistant to peel-off. The AFP shall be tested from govt lab and report shall confirm to coefficient of retro reflection, Flexibility and impact resistance test as per ASTM & IRC 79-2019 & shall be submitted at the time of bidding of tender. If somehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The rate shall include all materials. labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Speed limit Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc. 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. (Maximum speed limit) size 60cm circular with definition as per lucknow circle SOR rate.

Repeted Bar Marking providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including rectrorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free form streaks and holes. as per lucknow circle SOR rate.

Edge Line zebra crossing providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including rectrorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free form streaks and holes. Rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc and all T&P / machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. (MORT & H No 803)
