M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B-2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materialls and depositing at a distance n. exc 50 Mtr at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel work as in, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts ( factory fabricated) , struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed. complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing.Complete all as specified and directed

M&LMild steel TMT 6 mm to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips qualit or as per direction of Engr-in-charge

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type .Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire.by Engineer in Charge .

Supply only Chain link MS Galvanized fencing, any size or type .complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of vegitation growth and bushes etc n.exc. 30cm girth including cutting of trunk portion, protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates any description complete all as specified.

S F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete . complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm in width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns, kitchen plateform / shelves etc.Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Prepolished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300X300X25 mm thick, rubber finished (ISI Marked only) ,as in floors laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land, (ISI marked) complete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for heavy duty coloured tiles (dark shade), (ISI Marked only) with chequered, plain or recess finish at top of size 300X300X 8 to 10 mm thick as in floor /path/paving etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rubber moulded factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness , M-40 grade (ISI Marked ), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigments including and over 25 mm thick sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note : Design/shade of rubber moulded machine presses precast concrete Paver block shall be as approved by GE/Engr-In-Charge.)

M&L for Providing cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges( factory made) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 4 mm thick glass dividing strip of figured glass, pin headed type, 75 mm wide inserted in position Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement laid in panel of size n exe 2.0 sqm each and making impression of expended metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in fsub base flooring/hard standing /footpath .complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 TYPE B-1, (using 20 mm Graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone slightly rounded or chamfered of required size and thickness setting in cement cement mortar (1:6), incl necessary earth work for embedding position tamping ground around blocks and removal of rubbish / surplus soil etc,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.29 above item but except Kerb stones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls surfaces in CM 1:6 finished to even & smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L for applying two finshing coat of cement based paint including Prepraing surface of old surface with complete removel of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resitant primer complete all as specified and directed. Complete all as specified and directed
