Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering or as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour). Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations for all types of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement :Three sand :Six graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty Milimeters) nominal and below size in or under water including curing complete, pumping or bailing out water ,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrisen at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work, as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing and fixing cam fixing dressing stone in well finished ornamentaly engraved area layed in same coloured well finished stone inner capy for statue measuring 1.50x1.50x3.00 metres. Stone fillar engraved & well finished with top cover ornamentaly stone roof rest as per requirement with in area as per requirements with in mentioned area matangs & fillar roof & stone will be of same quality & colour including all taxes imposed by Govt. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.
