It is to be ensured that before primer coat is applied the surface is in SSD condition and free of any dust to ensure proper bonding with the substrate (v) After a gap of 4-5hours (when the primer has dried) acrylic modified cementitious coating system base coat with fibre mesh shall be applied @ 1.5 kg/sqm, (vii) Acrylic modified cementitious coating system top coat shall be applied @ 1.5 kg/sqm and loose coarse sand shall be sprinkled while the surface is tacky (viii) Protection screed (15–20mm) with cement and sand mixed ratio of 1:4 shall then be applied and let to dry (ix) The rate shall include the cost of demolition of existing floor, sub base, PCC/hard core filled under floor, removal of debris, filling brick bats, PCC 1:5:10 and replacing of damaged CI/PVC pipe, floor/nanhani taps complete all as specified and directed
