Demolition Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any Position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in ground floors or pavings n exc 15 cm thick (below or above) ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering in cement mortar (1: 4), 15mm thick on concrete/ brick masonry wall surfaces, mixed with WPC & 200ml per bag of cement, finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid Water Proofing Compound complete

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, bed blocks including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for RCC Nominax Mix type A-1, 1:11/2 :3 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams & columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs & in shelves & the like complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and apply two coat of cement base paint over a coat wall primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted/untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.
