M & L Comprehensive AMC, repair and servicing of water cooler with normal, hot and cold water dispending system model Hima 6 NHC 85/90/125 ltr for 120 Nos installed at various locations inside Naval Base, Kochi including covering all spares/parts if found un serviceable during the period and replacement of activated carbon and other consumable once in a year, like air driver bottle, DS candle which ever be required to provide smooth function of the machine , all are specified and directed by Enginer-in- Charge.(Make Cross field). Note :- (a) The comprehensive AMC shall be done through OEM or authorised agency of OEM who is having MOU between OEM authorised agency. (b) The parts shall be genuine and from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and approved by GE. (c) The contractor is responsible to carried out services in every Qtr (3 months) through OEM during the contract period or as per users requirement to ensure the serviceability of the machine. (d) All body parts and other accessories shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove strains etc with suitable solution, during the service time. (e) Any breakdown / complaints shall be attend and with in the same day and rectification shall be intimated. (f) The rates quoted for above items shall be included for replacement of any spares becoming unserviceable during the period and no extra claim shall be allowed. (g) A penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day will be levied in case breakdown of machine not attended within 24 hrs from the time of complaint registration.

M & L Applying a coat anti corrosive enamel paint to out door unit of slplit AC of 1.5/2 TR capacity using spray gun complete all as specified.

M& L Dismantling, taking down after disconnection invertor type split A/C of capacity 1.5/ 2.0TR from existing location including indoor/ outdoor units alongwith its pipes, connecting cables, clamps/ stands, water drain pipes etc including making good the surfaces to match with existing finishes in all respects and re-fixing at new location as directed with all accessories such as clamps, pipes, stand for outdoor unit including top up of refrigerant gas if required and making satisfactory working of A/C unit in all respect all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L General servicing of 1.5/ 2.0 TR capacity out door unit of invertor type split AC after taking down from the existing position, clean internal parts, clean external cover with suitable liquid/ solvent, clean filter/ washing with water at same location, replace the unserviceable parts if any including refixing the AC in same/ other location and connecting, commisioning complete all as directed.

M&L General servicing of 1.5/ 2.0 TR capacity indoor unit of invertor type split AC after taking down from the existing position, clean internal parts, clean external cover with suitable liquid/ solvent, clean filter/ washing with water at same location, replace the unserviceable parts if any including refixing the AC in same/ other location and connecting, commisioning complete all as directed.

S& F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.
