Fabrication of H-frame for 100 KVA HT LT Substation with allied works at lift irrigation scheme Trikolbal old.

Lowering of 100 KVA substation mounted on damaged, tilted wooden poles on verge of collapsing near the bank of nallah by way of disconnecting HT/LT power supply to the substation, and disengaging of HT ACSR conductor across the nallah with help of concerned line main. Extraction of erected 09m steel tubular departmental poles (02 no.) presently lying unused at site by way of earth excavation and engaging labours at site. Fabrication, providing and fitting of MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx08mm which shall be welded to bottom of the departmental poles after proper cleaning of surface. The poles shall be subjected to surface treatment with wire brushing and cleaning prior to painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint. Erection of these MS tubular poles for H-frame at a distance of 08 feet apart by way of grouting in M15 cement concrete mix 03 feet below ground and 01 feet above ground and 02 feet dia including plastering. The job includes fixing of guy wire to poles as per site requirement. Providing and fitting of ISMC 75 channels (08 feet×04=32 feet) having for installing link set and drop out set. Providing and fitting of ISMC 100 channels (08 feet×03=24 feet) for resting 100 KVA HT/LT transformer and installing pin insulators at top. The job also includes making drilling of holes corresponding to fitment of HT gadgets, providing and fitting nuts and bolts for fastening of channels to poles as per site requirement. Providing, fitting of 11 KVA heavy duty link set of reputed make (01 no), drop out set (01 no.). Providing, fitting of 03 no. 11 KV HT pin insulators with nuts to be fitted on channel. The job includes supply, laying and stringing of 0.03 ACSR conductor in segments over installed H-frame from pin insulators to link set, dropout set and then to 100 KVA HT/LT transformer complete in all respects including binding and twisting with soft Al wire as per site requirement. Refitting, tightening of ACSR conductor from H-frame to pole located on other side of bank of nallah including binding and twisting with soft Al wire over pin insulators. Lifting and resting of 100 KVA substation over channels using all conventional tools including skilled labour, tools and tackles as per requirement at site. The job includes providing and fitting of ISA 40×40×5 (8 feet ×02= 16 feet) on both sides of transformer to prevent its dislocation with help of nuts and bolts to be anchored with H-frame. Making all HT/LT connections and testing at site. The job includes cost on account of all tools and tackles, men and machinery required for execution of job at site.
