Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes, for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT cable and stay assembly etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 1.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

Material & Labour for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting incl taking down existing each other complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for drilling hole of any size manually as per site requirement, drilling for laying pipes under the road for crossing electrical cables complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pipe will be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work, sand, bricks , removing, returning filling will be paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable including equipments, machinery or tools required through new/existing pipe under road, buildings are incl in the quoted rates.

Taking down any type of unsv junction box and Supply and fixing of junction box insulated, of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced, size 225mm X 295mm X 112mm, environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive, rated for degree of ingress protection IP 66/67 in accordance with IEC 60529, gasket material of polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded, compliing with requirements of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60998-2-1, IEC 60670-22 & IEC 60670-2-5, including three phase busbar with 6 Amp MCB and mounting clamp complete all as specified and directed and complying the instructions as specified in Notes here under. Note:- (i) The manufacturer of junction box shall submit a copy of IEC certificate. (ii) For better safety the polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11 DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL subject 94 for flammability V-2. (iii) It should be tested at glow wire test for 960 deg Cent. (iv) The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50296-98 for IK 08. Supply and fixing in replacement Kiosk box fabricated made out of fibre material complete with TPN ,aluminium bus and one number MCB (SP) 6 Amps 240 volts complete wth glands for incoming & out going cables, flat iron clamps of size 20x4mm with suitable size of nut, bolts and washers and also suitable to fix on PCC/Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/Sintex/Hansel.

Supply & fixing in replacement of bracket made out of GI tubing bore 25/32/40mm as per site requirement, light grade, single piece bended at proper angle 1.5 mtr long including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of primer to the bracket of street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of MS clamp suitable for holding street light bracket on steel/PCC pole made out of 40 mm x6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia -3 Nos with flat washer 3mm thick -02 No for each including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the M.S clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement or passing through PVC conduit pipe of three run of single core PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper cable (FRLS) 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 1100 volts conforming to IS 694 including electrical connection suitable size of lugs, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Three run of single core PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper cable (FRLS) 1.5 Sqmm and one run of PVC coduit shall be measure as one length.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in perpendicular direction to cable as cable protection incl taking out existing complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique or manual boring and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 50 mm to 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix/ hanging, connecting, testing LT Aerial Bunched Cable, XLPE insulation confirming to IS-14255 : 1995 of size 3x25+1x25+1x16 Sqmm street light (Insulated messanger cum neutral) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Suspension Clamp suitable for insulated messenger wire of size 25 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. ( Accessories for ABC cables as per NF-33, as per IS-13573 for joints & Terminations)

Supply, laying, connecting & testing in replacement of XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 6 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall incl aluminium thimbles/lugs etc complate all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Earth work, sand, bricks removing, returning filling will be paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Taking down any type and size of old unsv Steel tubular LT pole but supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles 9.0 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing & commissioning in replacement of outdoor type cubical LT feeder pillar panel box size 1.0Mx0.8Mx0.50 m with double door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and rear openable double door system and cable alley (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/openable by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, incl cupper bus bar of 200 A , tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 type test certificate with not less than IP-56 and breaking capacity 65 KA comprising of the following :- (a) Incoming MCCB 125 Amps, 25 KA 4 pole 415 Volts AC, adjustable type, -01 No. (b) Outgoing MCCB 63 Amp, 16 KA, 4 pole 415 volt AC, -02 Nos. (c) Outgoing MCB 32 Amp, 10 KA , TPN 415 volt AC -02 Nos (d) RYB indication LED type, 22.5 mm dia, protected with MCB SP 2 Amp showing 3 phase supply -03 Nos (e) Digital Multifunction meter to measure Volt, amp, KWH load -01 Nos (f) Misc items like screws, cable tie, copper cable 1.5/2.5 Sqmm, cabe lugs, sleeves, glands etc complete are included in quoted rates.

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing of any type and description but provision of earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 25x4 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

All as per Srl Item No 34.00 here in before but for connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthing test point drawn through 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth lead wire including 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering GI funnel.
