Labour only for lifting /taking up of defective submersible pumping set of capacity 60 HP to 100 HP from deep tube well and dismantling of connected rising main i.e non return valve, bend etc from delivery of pump set, lifting of column pipe of size 150 mm dia fixed with pumping set, unscrewing of column pipes from socket / flange cutting of welded strip unscrewing of cable holding clamps and disconnecting of submersible cable joint complete all as directed.

Lowering down tested submersible pump set after repair of any description and capacity 60 HP to 100 HP in deep tube well not less than 90 mtr below the ground level & in any position, in bore well alongwith column pipe size 150 mm dia by screwing with socket/flange welding or fixing MS strips, fixing of cable clamps etc upto the maximum depth of 150 mtr and submersible cable of any size etc complete all as directed.

Note:- (i) Spare parts and jointing material for repairs will be measured and paid separately as 'Supply' only. (ii) Contractor shall caution his staff during execution to take maximum precautions while lifting/lowering the pump set at site. In case any accident/injuries the department will not be responsible for any miss happening due to negligence on their (workers) parts. Contractor shall be held totally responsible and all penalty /damages on this account shall be born by the contractor. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor for the above item includes the cost of assembling & connecting pump set to column pipes & assembling, jointing and fixing column pipes/pump sets/submersible cable and making necessary connections and including reconnecting water supply system. (iv) Old material retrieved during lowering /lifting, shall be deposited in AGE E/M store without extra cost.

MS Column pipe 150 mm dia with wall thickness 5.4 mm thick and 3 mtr long having 10 mm thick drilled MS flange 8 holes of 5/8” dia including four MS iron strip made of MS flat 25 x 6mm and 60mm long welded on four side of the flange.

Rubber packing suitable for 150mm dia flange 3mm thick etc complete

Scratching the corrosion of column pipe 150 mm bore with the help of steel wire brush and rubbing with sand paper to obtain smooth surface and painting of column pipe with two coat of rubber seal paint all as directed

Repair to column pipe 150 mm dia having wall thickness 5 mm and 3 mtr long including transportation to workshop, cutting, threading, fabricating, welding of same along with S&F MS flange of 8 mm thick having 150 mm bore dia and 8 Nos hole of 5/8” dia for fixing of nut and bolts on the both ends of the column pipe and welding the same to the pipe by means of MS strips of size 25 x 6 mm on four side of the flanges all as directed including transportation from workshop to site and stacking at site after repair complete all as directed. NOTE: - In case any damage or loss of any pipe is noticed during transportation or in custody of the contractor the necessary recovery at double the market rate shall be effected from contractor’s dues.

Repair/overhauling of submersible motor 75/80 HP to 100 HP AC 3 phase by dismantling, opening into parts cutting of burnt winding, cleaning of slots with carbon- tetra-chloride solution before rewinding, balancing of rotor cleaning polishing and rewinding of submersible electric motors with same guage of PVC insulated, copper wire & testing complete all as directed. Make:- Kirloskar/jyoti/KSB. Note: Spare parts shall be measured & paid separately as "supply" only
