Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT busbar chamber of size (0.60x0.60x0.60)m CPRI approved, outdoor type, factory made fabircated to CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thickness, angle iron of size 40X40X6mm thick of length 0.6 m from pcc, frame work and tee section (frame) of suitable size double door front/rear opening and locking arrangement, floor mounted on plateform of suitable size, Al bus bar chamber (enclosed) incl rust free spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer mounted on PCC blocks, fixed with grouted bold, nuts and washer and making complete including PCC foundation comprising of following accessories:- BUS-BAR & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS: MCCB 200 amps, 4 pole,415 Volt Adjustable type with breaking capacity 36 KA, and 100 % Icu fitted with bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos Aluminium 400 A rated not less than 40mmx10 mm, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY : The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming & out-going cables. INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM : (a) Indicator lamp with integral circuit (230/240V) & cluster LED (Red, Orange, Blue) - 01 Set. (b) 3 Ph Digital Voltmeter CI 1.0 - 01 No (c) Danger notice plate of size 20 x 15 cm of 1.6mm thick mild-steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal-red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT conforming to IS-2551 - 01 Nos. NOTE : 1) Design / Drawing / BOM of the LT Busbar panel board showing the dimensions incl accessories is to be obtained from panel board manufacturer / supplier & is to be got approved from GE before placing final order to the manufacturer/Supplier. 2) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply /laid/ fixing/ connecting and testing in replacement of the following LT under ground XLPE insulated ,armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross section area 300 Sqmm x 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose for laying cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230 mm spreding thickness and consolidated ( punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : punned thickness will only be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for sub class 'B' brick for protection of UG cable in tranches of old size brick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for horizontal boring of Road/path for cable passing through complete all as specified

Supply/ laid/ fixing in replacement of galvanised steel water tube, light grade bore of dia 80 mm with all fittings all as site and directed.

Supply/ laid/ fixing in replacement of galvanised steel water tube, light grade bore of dia 50 mm with all fittings all as site and directed.

M&L for jointing/ cutting/ welding/ replacing hinges etc all as site required to LT panel made out MS sheet and angle for making smoth opening and closing complete with re-painting as same macthing with exsiting surrface all as directed.

Decarbonising/ cleaning of Existing LT panel cubical type of various size consists of bus bar and circuit chamber, metering chambers CTs and relays chambers, checking the bus bar joints, bus bar and circuit spouts, cleaning and applying Busbar Insulation Tape to the bus bars , checking the current transformer, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints ,replaced new suiable size of lugs /suitable copper control cable and reassembling , if any rusted sheet replaced with new sheet as per existing size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers,lugs/ suitable copper cables cost of labour, T&P required for replacement shall be etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Material and labour for painting to LT panel of any size by scrapping and removing oil paint and applying 01 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by taking due complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S & F LED indicating Lamps for R, Y, B phases complete including taking down ols U/S lamps all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and lying in repair of Chequred Electrical rubber mat of size 1m x 2m , 6 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply & Fix in repair capacitor gas filled heavy duty cylindrical of 1- 4 KVAR, 440V complete all as specified and directed.

All as in Item No- 51 above but for capacity 5-15 KVAR.

Dismantling and opening voltage stabiliser 25 KVA to 100 KVA capacity three phase, 415 volts and replacement of old unserviceable worn out/defective parts and reassembling the same after necessary repair, cleaning servicing and testing on completion for its satisfactory performance all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (spares required will be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling and opening voltage stabiliser 125 KVA to 250 KVA capacity three phase, 415 volts and replacement of old unserviceable worn out/defective parts and reassembling the same after necessary repair, cleaning servicing and testing on completion for its satisfactory performance all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (spares required will be measured and paid separately).

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
