M & L repairs to unserviceable street/security lights fittings of LED, of any wattage and size by taking down from poles/buildings after disconnecting the electric connection, renew the unserviceable drive ,PVC connector etc, cleaninng, refixing the light fittings at its original position after rectifying the defects and connecting to street light feeder including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No1: (i) Renewal of parts will be measured and paid seperatily as supply only (ii) The cost of labour and tools required for renewal of parts shall deemed to include in the unit rate quoted by the Contractor.

Supply & Fix 2 core, 6 Sqmm PVC flat weather proof aluminum cable including taking down old unserviceable cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 2 core, 10 Sqmm PVC flat weather proof aluminum cable including taking down old unserviceble cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying a coat of cement base paint to PCC Pole 9 metre long and writing pole number with synthetic enamel paint (White with black base) including applying a coat of aluminium paint to FI Clamps/ Brackets and applying oil paint black and yellow colour alternatively upto 1.2 mtr from ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel tubular pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC insulated 3 core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm sheathed 1100 volts including pvc conduit pipe conforming to IS 694 from junction box to street light fitting , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for drawing wiring complete with two run 1.5 sqmm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable 1100 volts grade multistranded with copper conductor(ISI Marked) drawn through PVC conduit ,with one run of 1.5 sqmm FRLS single core multistranded copper conductors as earth continuity conductor including dismantling unserviceable wiring including accessories complete all as as specified and as directed. Note:(1) Two runs of cable & one run of earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one running meter.

Supply and fix in repair GI bracket made out of GI pipe 25/32 mm dia medium grade, 1.5 mtr long bent to shape and fixing on poles with MS clamps of suitable sizes etc complete, complete alls as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep for laying /removing of cable/ erection of poles in soft loose soil complete alls as specified and as directed.

M&L sand cushioning in trenches using clean dry sand for cable cushioning complete alls as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay sub class "B" burnt bricks, as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and jointing as in repair straight through joint ,outdoor type 1100 volt grade ,heat shrinkable type suitable for 4/3.5 core ,10 sqmm to 25 sqmm LT,XLPE cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) ,Type C-1,(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork [straight or curved] complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) for laying UG cable or any other purpose complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Inspection and carrying out B-Checks of 380 KVA DG Set Once in Six months or 300 Hours of Run whichever is earlier installed at various locations by representative / authorised Service Engineer of OEM of the DG Set including inspection, maintenance, changing all types of filters and servicing of DG Set including Alternator, Non AMF / AMF Panels connected to DG Sets for routine check-up including routine / preventive maintenance checks, checking up of engine and alternator for the smooth functioning as per the Manufacturer’s instructions including checking of Engine Oil Level, Oil Bath Cleaner Oil Level, Draining Sediments from Fuel Tank, checking of Pre Cleaner Dust Pan, Air Cleaner Restriction, Coolant Level, Recording Oil Pressure, Checking / Tightening of all Bolts / Nuts of Engine and Alternator, checking of AVM Pads, Diaphragm Coupling, Air Piping, cleaning of Oil Bath Air Cleaner Tray Screen, check / adjust Belts, checking Battery Voltage, Water Level and apply Jelly on Terminals, checking Fan Hub / Air Blower Hub and Water Pumps, cleaning of electrical connections with CTC solution, checking of safety controls, cleaning of Cooling System, cleaning of Engine and Radiator Assembly, including cleaning of Air Filter using Pressure Air, Corrosion Inhibitor, O Ring, Gaskets, Screws etc. and draining out old engine oil from oil chamber and removing deposited material including applying Grease, CRC in moving parts and draining out water from radiator assembly and refilling new after mixing with coolant including tightening of all inlet and outlet connections and replacing minor items such as Hose Clamp, Screws, Washers etc., cleaning of Roof, Floor of the DG Set Room complete all as specified and as directed. Overhauling periodic servicing of DG sets on-site complete to engine and alternator, consisting of normal periodic repairs, whenever by checking of pulleys/belts, checking desired output values of alternator, and checking for any defects, allignment and rectification of the same for smooth operation. Renewal of defective / worn out parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets , V belts, rubber hoses , worm drive clamps ,nuts & bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner complete for DG Set 380 KVA capacity in various locations. Note : - Spares will be measured and paid in relevant item.

M&L for cleaning of fuel tanks of DG Sets mounted in any position by draining out fuel and keeping aside in safe custody and refilling of the same after cleaning of deposited sludge and all visible impurities for DG Sets installed at INS Dronacharya and SMA Rameswaram 63-500 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Engine Oil 15W40 in sealed HDPE container opened at site and toping up/refilling in DG Sets after draining of unserviceable engine oil by qualified meachanic as and when directed by Engr-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed.
