SITC of electric driven main fire Hydrant & Sprinkler pumps suitable for automatic operation complete in all respect as required & as per enclosed specification and consisting of the following: Horizontal type multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body and bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, to ensure minimum pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 at highest and farthest outlet at specified flow of 2280 LPM & 85 m head conforming to IS- 1520 complete with mechanical seals, safety relief valve, pressure gauges on delivery side, drain and bypass arrangement for testing of pump complete. Suitable HP Squirrel cage Induction motor suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 50Hz, AC supply for the above pump rating with synchronous speed of 1500 RPM, IE-3, TEFC type confirming to IS- 325 with IP:55 protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted with class F insulation, flexible coupling & coupling guard with the pump complete. Common bed plate fabricated from MS channel / ISMB with spring type vibration isolators. The pump set base shall be held by bolts grouted in the suitable cement concrete foundation duly plastered and painted including foundation bolts, washers complete etc. as required.

SITC of Diesel engine driven standby fire pump suitable for automatic operation complete in all respect as required & as per enclosed specification and consisting of the following: Horizontal type multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body and bronze impeller with SS shaft, to ensure minimum pressure of 3.5 Kg/Sqcm at the highest and farthest outlet at a flow 2280 LPM & 85 m head confirming to IS-1520 with mechanical seals, safety relief valve, pressure gauges on delivery side, drain and bypass arrangement for testing of pump complete. Radiator Water cooled diesel engine developing required BHP at 1500 RPM for the pump, flexible coupling & coupling guard with the pump & common bed plate for mounting of engine & pump shall confirming to relevant BS/IS standard with auto starting mechanism. The common base frame shall be held by bolts grouted in the concrete including foundation bolts, washers as required, vibration damping arrangement by cushy foot, engine panel with battery charger provided by engine manufacturer, connection to engine starting panel, SMF batteries of 12V/24V, 180AH with casing, lugs, stand & terminations to diesel engine, charger complete. Exhaust pipe of required length (discharge to leave above roof level as per standard) with 50mm thick glasswool pipe section, covered with aluminum cladding, residential silencer muffler, instruments & protection-stop solenoid for auto stop in the event of fault with auto indications, day oil tank of 200 ltrs.with first charge of diesel fabricated out of 4mm MS sheet with inlet/ outlet ON/OFF valves, level indicator, drain pipe, 15mm dia MS fuel line complete. SITC of electric driven Pressurization/Jockey Pump suitable for automatic operation complete as required & as per enclosed specification and consisting of the following: Horizontal type end suction centrifugal, Jockey pump of cast iron body and bronze impeller, with SS shaft, to ensure at highest and farthest outlet at a flow of 180 LPM & 85 m head confirming to IS-1520 complete with necessary safety relief valve, drain, pressure gauge on the delivery side, drain and bypass arrangement for testing of the working of the pumping set as required. Suitable HP Squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase,50Hz, AC supply for the above pump with synchronous speed of 3000 RPM, IE-3, T.E.F.C. type confirming to IS - 325 with IP:55 protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted, class-F insulation, flexible coupling &coupling guard with the pump complete. Common base frame shall be fabricated from MS channel / ISMB with vibration isolator. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Pressure Switches in MS pipe for Hydrant Electric pump/ Sprinkler Electric pump / Diesel Engine Driven Pump / Jockey Pumps, diaphragm type, adjustable range from 0-10 kg/sq.cm and a regulation range of 0.1 - 1.5 kg/sq.cm direct mounted SNAP acting type made from die cast aluminium with epoxy powder coated finish and SS316 diaphragm and other wetted parts, including necessary wiring upto control panel & other materials as required as per specifications.

Supplying & fixing Internal and External stainless steel single headed fire hydrant landing valve with instantaneous Gun metal /SS(304) coupling of 63mm dia with cast iron wheel ISI marked conforming to IS:5290(Type-A) with blank PVC cap and chain as required.

Providing & fixing 63 mm dia gunmetal/SS(304) short Branch pipe with 20mm (nominal internal diameter) in size stainless steel nozzle conforming to IS:903 suitable for instantaneous connection complete to inter-connect hose pipe, coupling etc. as required and as per enclosed specification

Providing & fixing of MS Hose cabinet (Double Leaf) outdoor type of size 0.90 Mx 0.60 Mx 0.50 M made of 2mm thick MS sheet with 6mm thick glazed glass doors i/c necessary locking arrangement suitable to accommodate 2nos 15m long hoses, one no branch pipe, etc. and mounted on wall or with raised brick platform. The cabinet shall be painted with red colour (powder coated) shade No. 536 of IS: 5 externally & white internally complete in all respects for external hydrant and as per enclosed specification.

Providing & fixing 63mm dia., 15mtr. long RRL hose pipe (ISI Marked) with 63mm dia. male and female gun metal/SS(Grade 304) couplings duly binded with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS- 636 (Type-A) complete as required & as per enclosed specification

Providing and fixing First-Aid Hose Reel 20mm dia. x 30m long (minimum length) (Thermoplastic Type as per I.S. 12585) complete with drum, bracket, 25mm dia. shut-off valve and 5mm Gun-Metal nozzle conforming to IS-:884-2025, connection with riser with MS C- class pipe, painting the MS works complete as required & as per enclosed specification.
