ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT OF REPAIRING OF HYDRENT AT KURI HEAD WORKS USED FOR TRANSPORTATION OF WATER IN SUMMER 2026 AND MS FABRICATION WORK RELATED TO TOW AT KURI HEAD WORK UNDER SUB DN LUNI

PHED O AND M BSR 2020/ 5.2 Threading on GI Pipes different diameter as below (Rate Per Mouth Threading). The Pipes will be supplied by the Department and carting to workshop and after threading of these pipes, firm is liable to transport upto Junior Engineer concern's store own his cost.

PHED O AND M BSR 2020/ 5.3/ Cutting of GI/MS/CI Pipes of any class as below (Rate per Mouth- One cutting only making two pieces). The Pipes will be supplied by the Department.

PHED O AND M BSR 2020/ 5.4/ Welding on M.S. / G.I./CI Pipes and other material by Electric Welding, this includes all the material like welding rods/ equipment like welding machine/ generater, if required for job.

PHED O AND M BSR 2020/ 5.5/ Providing, Fabrication of Mild Steel Plane Ended/ Flanged Specials like Tees, Bends, Reducers, Enlargers, Plugs, Tail Pieces and Blank Flange made from MS pipes, MS sheet strip and MS Sheet of required sizes by welding, cutting and treading as per site conditions and as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge complete in all respect.

PHED O AND M BSR 2020/ 5.7/ Making of GI Assembly pipe for various sizes including threading, tightening, welding of flange and welding with MS Patti, holes and cable grove making as per required length of 3.00 M/ 6.00 M (Pipse and flangse shall be provided and carting these to workshop by the the department). Length of MS strip will be 100 mm, Width- 20 mm and thickness- 6 mm and to be welded around the strip with pipe and flange. Holes in the flanged will be standard size and above 12 mm dia. in size. After tightening the pipe and flanged, welding will be done at junction of flange and pipe complete in all respect. After preparing of Assembly Pipes, the firm is liable to transport these to concern's divisional store own his cost.

PHED O AND M BSR 2020/ 5.8/ Supplying and fixing of MS Rods for different sizes of sluice valve and should be supplied as according to size of old rods including material and finishing for the following sizes.

PHED O AND M BSR 2020/ 5.12/ Making Direct Pump Piece with heavy duty pipes (Class- B) and flange (as per table- D) including cutting of pipe, threading welding and MS strip for length - 100 mm, Width- 20 mm and thickness- 6 mm and to be welded around the strip with pipe and flanged. Hole in the flanged will be standard size and above 15 mm in size. After tightening the pipe and flanged, welding will be done at junctin of flange and pipe complete in all respect including cost of material. The Length of Direct Pump Piece will be 30 cm (300 mm).

PHED BSR 2023/ 1.15.1/ Providing and fixing of flanged/ plain ended MS Specials made from MS sheet strips of relevant IS specification of approved thickness by welding, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position at all level/ depths in trenches complete including all taxes, material, labour, inside lining, outside coating, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. MS pipe specials up to 600mm dia (with minimum 5mm thickness sheet)
