Labour only for disconnecting and removing Centrifugal pumps of any type coupled with motor upto 15 HP capacity from its foundations/ base frame located at different pump houses, by disconnecting suction, delivery pipes, pump couplers and electrical connections, taking it to workshop for repair and refixing the pump back to its postion after getting repair and making all connections, carry out alignment, testing for satisfactory function all as specified and as directed:- Note: Reparing of pumps/motors shall be measured and paid seperatley under relevant items.

Dismantling and opening up of PUMP assembly of following capacities complete, removing worn out Gland bush, Housing for bearing, Gland Packing, Balancing, Pin locking set, nuts and bolts, Machining work etc., and replacing with new parts of same make/model/type including necessary machining works, replacement of worn out bearings both DE/NDE, assembling and testing for smooth operation at workshop as required, all as specified and as directed

Centrifugal pumpset of any make /model coupled with 12.5/15 HP motor

Monoblock centrifugal pumpset of make kirloskar pumpset of any make /model coupled with 5 HP motor

Dismantling and opening up of MOTOR AC, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz , of following capacities, removing burnt out winding wires complete, cleaning stator and rotor assembly, rewinding the stator with same guage and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating , assembling back the stator and rotor including replacement of terminal blocks and terminal bolts and nuts, both end bearings with same size / make complete all as specified and as directed :-

M&L for painting pumpset including preparation old surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including marking the signs, letters, Nos on the pumpset all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of old painted GI pipe of any size on the external surfaces after preparation, located in and out of Pump House, by srapping and cleaning of external surfaces and applying two coats of Sky Blue paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing the dirt,sediments,silt,alge,fungi etc,from the bottom and walls of the inside of the RCC over head tank of following capacity at the follwoing location by dewatering the over head tank by any means and cleaning the complete inner surfces by rubbing / scrapping by wire brush to remove the sludge, washing with bleaching powder solution and then with water and draining out sludge, water completely including applying one coat of white wash to all the inner surfaces, one coat of black bituminous paint(suitable for drinking water application) to metal ladder inside the tank and details of tanks like date of cleaning ,capacity of tanks etc shall be written on the out side of the tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 20 cm high in white colour , over a black background of size 100x60 cm all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs float Valve 40mm bore (Ball brass valves) high pressure type with polyethelene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed and taking out old unserviceable one all as specified and directed

M&L for repair of water level indicators, replacing the nylon rope of existing length and size, greasing and repair to rope guidepully, replacement of unserviceable float balls and painting steel surface with synthetic enamel sky blue paint one coat inculding writing of alphabet /numbers of white paint prepartion of surface etc complete all as specified and as directed in over head tanks and under ground sumps all as specified and directed.

Repairs and servicing of Electric chlorinedozing Pump/ system Make Sathya sai Aquua Pura Services with Antisiphon valve including servicing of pump and motor with repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts like piston, stroke controler,suction and delivery tybing, PVC foot valve,nozzle,solution tank inlet, PVC water tybing 15mmbore, gate valve 15mm size etc, complete aall as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/replacement of Foot valve , brassheavy duty of following sizes including taking up the suction pipe and refixing the same after replacement of foot valve in to the sump for proper functioning of pump all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning of pump set's starter panel after dismantling the incomming and outgoing connections from MCCB's/MCB's and replacing the old unserviceable gland ,lugs,nuts &bolts,push buttons,indicating lamps,supporting insulators etc, and checking the seviceability of MCB's cables and earth continuity conductor including replacement of worn out and unserviceable minor acessories allas specified and directed

M & L for removing and replacing the following unserviceable items / parts in the existing panel, connecting up and testing all in repairs incuiding material for wiring if required as specified and as directed :-

Repair/ preventive maint or smooth operation function of defective sluice valves of size 80 mm to 150 mm from existing section / delivery / distribution pipe line, opening up/unscrewing of nuts & bolts and replacing with nuts bolts washers gaskets packing/gland packing and repairs of leakage complete as required at site, reassemling and fixing sluice valve to its original position testing complete all as directed.

Repair to leakage / damage CI Pipe line pump out the line water and cutting out CI pipes at both ends and inserting with new short pieces, jointing materials and testing etc for 150mm bore pipe. (Excavation and earth work, pipe length, CI fittings and joints shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying/taking out GI pipe line all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 60 x 60 x 60 cm depth with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:4) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4), PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:4:8) type CI (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bedding and copping MS frame with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron and 6 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangements, hinges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface, two coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed to view) including necessary excavation in soft loose, soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.
