Design Supply, install, testing and commissioning Air-conditioning system with factory designed and pre-fabricated vapour compression refrigeration VRF / VRV (Variable Refrigerent Flow) , capacity 252 (9x28) HP (minimum) or above as required to meet the design temp for rooms listed in Appx 'A' / Drgs attached , complete with all equipments such as Out-Door unit air cooled, In-door unit with ceiling suspended cassette type units, Refigerant line, Liquid line, drain pipe etc . The eqpt shall be Indian brand, energy efficient,enviromental friendly,all as per latest technology and conforming to standard IS & safty code for the following:-.

Supply, installation,testing and commissiong VRF / VRV (Variable Refrigerent Flow) Outdoor unit of air-conditioning system capacity 28 HP (minimum) or above as suitable to maintain in-side design temp 23+/-2 degree centigrade in all rooms / Lecture Halls of Sizes given at Appx 'A' . Out door unit shall be fixed at roof top level of MMR building and In-door unit ceiling mounted shall fixed in rooms / halls for Ground floor / First floor of MMR building all as given in Drg. The system shall be complete with all accessories required for smooth functioning and continue working for duration 12.0 hrs (appx). The outdoor unit shall include adequate refrigerant gas charging up to In-Door unit including in refrigerant line with R410A refrigerant including topping up if required, oill separator, all safety devices like thermal protector, pressure relief valve, structural / angle/hanging suppports, high - low pressure cut out, with ODU vibration isolators, associated accessories, structural supports MS/ RCC / Cement Concrete foundation etc. Complete in all respects and as per the technical specifications below including lifting OD unit to terrace and positioning in a professional manner. Out door unit of air conditioning system shall be comprising with the following

NOTE: Unit rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be included for the followings:- (i) Submission of floor Drgs & details, Lay out plan for equipts etc for approval by accepting officer. (ii) providing all minor parts which are not included in brief specification but required technically at site for Installation, commissioning, testing of entiresystem to achive designed condition & efficient performance,smooth functioning of the AC system. (iii) PCC works for foundation as per manufacturer instruction, plastering, Earth works (iv) submittals of catalougs for major eqpts (v) Internal wiring for auto function and safety measures of eqpts. (vi) Arrangement for providing testing instruments and artificial load if rquired for phase I & II testing (vii) Liquid / Gas line duly insulated up to10.0 Mtr shall deemed to be included in rate quoted.Piping for distribution line beyond 10.0 Mtr shall be measured and paid separately (viii) Control wiring from DB to Out-door unit shall be measured and paid separately

Design, Supply, installation,testing and commissiong In-door unit of air-conditioning system of cooling capacity 4.0 TR (minimum), ceiling suspended cassette type units with all standard fittings, panel, drain pump as per specifications complete with receiver and cordless remotes, power wiring, suitable capacity drive motor, electrical controller, temperature controller with digital display, thermostat, complete with necessary vibration isolators, PVC drain pipe connections with power / control cabling from power supply, alongwith associated accessories, structural / angle/hanging supports MS Box Type / RCC modifications for erection etc complete in all respects as per the technical specifications all as specified and as directed :- (a) Type: Ceiling suspended, 4 way flow cassete type (b)Power supply: 1 phase, 230 volt (c) Fan & Motor : BLDC type, centifugal blower (d) Refrigerant control: Electronic Expanssion valve (e) Controller: Cordless remote NOTE: Unit rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be included for the followings:-

(viii) Drain pipe shall be measured and paid separetly

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Gas / Liquid Copper piping outer dia up to 16.00 mm as recommended by OEM for VRF / VRV system with 19 mm (minimum) OR ABOVE AS RECOMMENDED BY MANUFACTURER thick nitrile rubber class 'O' insulation of suitable thick round closed cell elastomeric insulation finished with fibre glass cloth covering adhered between two coats of fungicidal protective coating (sealface or equivalent) and insulation shall have antimicrobial properties as per specification for each indoor machines & outdoor units including chasing, drilling, concealing and making good the same on walls etc of following specifications as per site conditions and with required pipe fittings and accessories like Bends, Trees, reducers, supports, clamps etc. MS structural support / Cable Trays etc to suit including one coat of primer and two coats of enamel to match with the ceiling colour (Wooden finsish) / rust proof / epoxy paint if required hand rails / ladders etc to be provided, as recommended by Engineer-in-charge. Complete in all respects as per technical specifications. :-

Note : (i) The contractor shall ensure that all refrigerant pipe sizes required as per the design of the equipment shall be considered in the line items underneath, even if the refrigerant pipe size is not mentioned in following line items. Both refrigerant suction and liquid line shall be insulated. Thickness of liquid / Gas line and insulation shall be as per ASHRAE 90.1 & IECC. (ii) Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for all type of joints required at site including control valves / Refnets / Y Joints / T Joints as recommended by OEM and approved byAccepting officer. (iii) providing all minor parts which are not included in brief specification but required technically at site for Installation, commissioning, testing of entire system to achive designed condition & efficient performance,smooth functioning of the system (iv) Fixing arrangement of liquid / Gas line with suitable arrangement all as per recommended by manufacturer. (v) Contractor shall Submit all pipe design, floor Drgs & details, Lay out plan etc as per OEM for approval by accepting officer..

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but Gas / Liquid Copper piping outer dia above 16.0 mm with and including insulation 19mm thick (minimum) or above as recommended by OEM nitrile rubber class 'O' insulation.

Supply, installation, commsissioning and testing of commercial Air curtain of size 6 feet suitable for prevention of dust and coditioned air losses, single phase, 220 volts, 50 Hz etc made of CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 gauge finished with two coats of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enamel paint with CRCA 18 gauge square perforated suction grills aluminium alloy fans and single phase electric motor, nozzles etc complete with fittings and accessories so as to to produce 1-1.5 m/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening all as specified and as directed .

Supply and providing FRP POLYESTER RESIN cable tray factory fabiracted of size 300 x 50 mm width with cover and fixing arrangement and support from ceiling / wall at every 1.8mtr. The tray shall be suspended from ceiling / wall using anchor bolt and angle iron supports mounted on wall or ceiling the rate shall include all accessories like bend, elbow, tees, coplerates, plates etc which will be measured as line measurement and fixing accessories as per site requirment all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying UG cable/foundation of poles and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling. watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point

Supply and spread natural river sand in trenches for cushioning and covering to cable all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.)

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of cable as directed

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm for protection of cable as directed

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination Heat/cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm

Supply, lay and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts(E) grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 sqmm.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x600mmx6.0 mm thick burried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised strip 32 x 6mm, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washeres made out of GI including protection pipe GI light grade 40 mm size and watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade all as shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 140mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed.

(D) Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness 1.5/2mm with 4mm HRCA baseframe. The Enclosure shall have IP 55 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated ( colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. Seperate Switch operated bulket lamp + Hooter in Transformer compartment - 1 set Interlock between Transformer Door and HT Breaker , if door opens it trips the main breaker.

(E) INTERCONNECTION & EARTHING : Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3x95Sq.mm XLPE Aluminium Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminium Busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6 mm Aluminium including for Transformer Neutral.

NOTE: Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for the following :- 1. Package Sub-Station is outdoor plinth mounted type. Erection ,Commissiong, Testing at site. 2. M & L for sub main wiring using 5 runs of single core PVC insulated FR-LS, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 10.0 Sqmm of voltage rating 1100 Volts drawn in and including rigid non-metallic PVC surface conduit (Medium grade) of dia not less than 32 mm with standard accessories along-with one runs of PVC insulated FR-LS , unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable of size 10.0 Sqmm (green colour) as earth continuity conductor and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (VTPN DB 4 way to Out door units installed at terrace/Flat roof of the Bldg) Note : (i) Four run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Cutting chases for conduits and sinkings for boxes and making good to walls, floors etc in case of recessed or concealed conduit wiring all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. Size of grid shall be 600mm x 600mm. Aluminium powder coated wall angle shall be 25mmx25mmx1.5mm thick. MainTee and cross Tee shall be aluminium powder coated of size 38mmx25mmx1.5mm thick and 25mmx25mmx1.5mm thick respectively.

S&F hangers 6mm dia, GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified

M&L for cutting holes of size (1.80m x1.80m) on Cement Fibre Board False Ceiling (595x595x8mm) for fixing cassette AC of size (1.20m x 1.20m) and closing the gaps after fixing of cassette AC with same material and making the surface finished good and matching with the existing pattern. Rate quoted to be inclusive of any extra material (both Aluminium sections/GI sections and false ceiling materials) required for making the surface finished good and matching with existing pattern. (Existing false ceiling located @ 4.00m from FFL)

M&L for cutting holes of size (1.80m x1.80m) on Seamless Calcium Silicate False Ceiling for fixing cassette AC of size (1.20m x 1.20m) and closing the gaps after fixing of cassette AC with the same materials and making the surface finished good and matching with the existing pattern. (Rate quoted to be inclusive of any extra material (both Aluminium sections/GI sections and false ceiling materials) required for making the surface finished good and matching with existing pattern. Existing false ceiling located @ (5.00 to 9.20m) varying ht from FFL.)
