Design Supply, install, testing and commissioning Air-conditioning system with factory designed and pre-fabricated vapour compression refrigeration VRF / VRV (Variable Refrigerent Flow) , capacity 252 (9x28) HP (minimum) or above as required to meet the design temp for rooms listed in Appx 'A' / Drgs attached , complete with all equipments such as Out-Door unit air cooled, In-door unit with ceiling suspended cassette type units, Refigerant line, Liquid line, drain pipe etc . The eqpt shall be Indian brand, energy efficient,enviromental friendly,all as per latest technology and conforming to standard IS & safty code for the following:-.
Supply, installation,testing and commissiong VRF / VRV (Variable Refrigerent Flow) Outdoor unit of air-conditioning system capacity 28 HP (minimum) or above as suitable to maintain in-side design temp 23+/-2 degree centigrade in all rooms / Lecture Halls of Sizes given at Appx 'A' . Out door unit shall be fixed at roof top level of MMR building and In-door unit ceiling mounted shall fixed in rooms / halls for Ground floor / First floor of MMR building all as given in Drg. The system shall be complete with all accessories required for smooth functioning and continue working for duration 12.0 hrs (appx). The outdoor unit shall include adequate refrigerant gas charging up to In-Door unit including in refrigerant line with R410A refrigerant including topping up if required, oill separator, all safety devices like thermal protector, pressure relief valve, structural / angle/hanging suppports, high - low pressure cut out, with ODU vibration isolators, associated accessories, structural supports MS/ RCC / Cement Concrete foundation etc. Complete in all respects and as per the technical specifications below including lifting OD unit to terrace and positioning in a professional manner. Out door unit of air conditioning system shall be comprising with the following
(a) Type: Combination Unit, multiple compressor (b) Compressor: Hermetically sealed, DC invertor Scroll type (c) Power Supply; 3 phase, 380-415 Volt, 50Hz (d) Cooling capacity / each unit : 23.0 TR (appx) (e) Number of compressor: 02 / 03 Nos (f) Refrigerant : R410 A (g) Drive motor for air flow fan: DC, 1 phase, BLDC / brush less type motor (h) Sound level (Max): 70 dB(A) (j) Safety measure: drive protection for current, temp, HP/LP, Antifreeze etc as per OEM recommendation
NOTE: Unit rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be included for the followings:- (i) Submission of floor Drgs & details, Lay out plan for equipts etc for approval by accepting officer. (ii) providing all minor parts which are not included in brief specification but required technically at site for Installation, commissioning, testing of entiresystem to achive designed condition & efficient performance,smooth functioning of the AC system. Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Gas / Liquid Copper piping outer dia up to 16.00 mm as recommended by OEM for VRF / VRV system with 19 mm (minimum) OR ABOVE AS RECOMMENDED BY MANUFACTURER thick nitrile rubber class 'O' insulation of suitable thick round closed cell elastomeric insulation finished with fibre glass cloth covering adhered between two coats of fungicidal protective coating (sealface or equivalent) and insulation shall have antimicrobial properties as per specification for each indoor machines & outdoor units including chasing, drilling, concealing and making good the same on walls etc of following specifications as per site conditions and with required pipe fittings and accessories like Bends, Trees, reducers, supports, clamps etc. MS structural support / Cable Trays etc to suit including one coat of primer and two coats of enamel to match with the ceiling colour (Wooden finsish) / rust proof / epoxy paint if required hand rails / ladders etc to be provided, as recommended by Engineer-in-charge. Complete in all respects as per technical specifications. :-
Note : (i) The contractor shall ensure that all refrigerant pipe sizes required as per the design of the equipment shall be considered in the line items underneath, even if the refrigerant pipe size is not mentioned in following line items. Both refrigerant suction and liquid line shall be insulated. Thickness of liquid / Gas line and insulation shall be as per ASHRAE 90.1 & IECC. (ii) Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for all type of joints required at site including control valves / Refnets / Y Joints / T Joints as recommended by OEM and approved byAccepting officer. Supply and providing FRP POLYESTER RESIN cable tray factory fabiracted of size 300 x 50 mm width with cover and fixing arrangement and support from ceiling / wall at every 1.8mtr. (D) Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness 1.5/2mm with 4mm HRCA baseframe. The Enclosure shall have IP 55 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated ( colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. Seperate Switch operated bulket lamp + Hooter in Transformer compartment - 1 set Interlock between Transformer Door and HT Breaker , if door opens it trips the main breaker.
(E) INTERCONNECTION & EARTHING : Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3x95Sq.mm XLPE Aluminium Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminium Busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6 mm Aluminium including for Transformer Neutral.
NOTE: Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for the following :- 1. Package Sub-Station is outdoor plinth mounted type. Erection ,Commissiong, Testing at site. 2. CSS shall be offered with GI sheet steel thickness of 2mm for load bearing member and 1.5mm for non-load bearing members. 3.CSS shall be mounted directly on installation plinth and no base channels are envisaged. 4.Package Sub-station will be complete with the internal interconnections & earthing. including Accessories required for the external connections of HT & LT cables like termination kits , lugs , glands etc. extending of earth bar to earth pits shall be measured and paid separatly. 5.Cable termination arrangement shall be from Bottom for HT & LT side. 6.Interconnection cable between HT side V ( Breaker ) Module to transformer shall be Aluminium - 1Rx3Cx95 sqmm 7.The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated ( colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray ) instead of polyurhethene paint 8.Door of Transf shall be fitted with Arc reflectors from the inside of providing better safety - It cannot be provided on Transformer door 9. Rate quoted to be inclusive of any extra material (both Aluminium sections/GI sections and false ceiling materials) required for making the surface finished good and matching with existing pattern.
