Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 20 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in all kind of soil, as in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 metre in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 metre including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shaft, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose / hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stone walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side lathing work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
