PROVISION OF HIGH MAST LIGHT FOR RUSHIKONDA VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER AGE I CG VIZAG

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of HIGH MAST LIGHTING SYSTEM. Raising & lowering type 16 meter High Mast lighting system complete. Mast shall be in two section, hot dip galvanised, inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part -3. There shall be only one longitudinal seem weld section and no circumferential weld. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame. 2- post suspension system with steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch, Galvanized lantern carriage arrangement suitable for upto 8 luminairies symetrically, lighting finial & integral power tool for raising and lowering operation with motor for lifting and lowering , trailing cable 5 core 2.5 sqmm carrige arrangement along with Dirtribution board for separate control of each fitting and aviation light with MCB 6-32 Amps 10 KA - 09 Nos and incoming TPN 40 Amps of the high mast consisting of the following items: (i) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washer, anchor plate & templates. (ii) Supply, fixing, jointing and testing LED food light luminairies 250 Watt unique optics to ensure uniform distribution complete maintenance free arrangement - 08 Nos. Make : Philips Cat No. BVP410 LED 250 CW HE NB FG S4 XTFCL or equiavalent as make specified in perticular specifications (iii) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with 'M-20' grade concrete for job the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqmtr at 2 m depth with all materials & labour. (iv) Provision of double shape aviation light with its connection with suitable copper cable 3 core (v) Provision of lightening conductor complete all specified/recommended by manufacturer. (vi) Errection of the high mast with the help of suitable equipment like crane etc. (vii) Installation of Automatic control panel and its suitable foundation for switch ON/OFF of high mast shall be provided with timer astro type including MCCB-40-63 Amps 25 KA- 02 Nos, 4 Pole Contactor 40-63 Amps, toggle switch, internal connection with by pass arrangement and indication lamps (RYB) -03 Nos. Supply, fixing and testing of 25 sqmm x 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable, screened PVC bedded with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches including taking up unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out/laying cable and getting out, in Soft/Loose Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply spreading in trenches fine dry crushed stone sand for cable protection and punning down gently by hand all as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable cover for LT Cable Class LV, type 1 , flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & Laying, connecting and testing of GI Pipe 40 mm bore light grade including necessary fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly to ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.65 Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm size and earthing lead protected with 50 mm dia GI pipe light grade filling around with charcoal dust and salt including excavation, returning, filling of earth and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and connected to GI strip by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers strip connected to earth plate including chamber PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C1. using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in concrete pit pre-cast RCC 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia round at the rate of 75 mm C/C both way with 12 mm dia mild steel plain bar lifting handle 2 Nos funnel with wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade watering pipe and frame work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part - I 1991 including testing complete. (GI strip upto 7.5 m length in included in unit rate quoted by contractor and beyond this lengths the same shall be measured & paid separately.
