Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Past Experience

The successful bidder must have deployed at least 60 Security Guards continuously for one year. in last 03 financial years

Capabilities of Vendor

Bidders are ineligible if any contract was terminated, foreclosed, or penalized in the last 5 years for service deficiencies. Bidders must submit a formal Declaration Letter stating that the agency/bidder not blacklisted penalized.

A current, valid license from the Police Authorities (KPSARA Act)

The bidder should mandatorily upload the self-declaration in the letter head of the firm stating that no pending cases for violation of Labour Rules & Regulations (non- violation of Labour Rules & Regulations).

Financial Status

Bidders must have a financial annual turnover equal to 80% of the value of the specific Zone Lot for which they are bidding.

Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover

Liquidity certificate issued by Nationalized or Scheduled Commercial Bank, addressed to KSBCL which cover the value of two months of service for each zone lot must be uploaded.
