Supply and installation of Strong face Gabion units of 1 m height made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh as per IS 16014:2018, MORTH clause 2500 of required sizes, Mesh type 10x12cm with mesh opening tolerances -10% to +10%, Mesh wire dia. 2.7/3.7mm(ID/OD), (higher wire diameter for front panel), 90% Zn + 10% Al + High abrasion resistance coated, mechanically edged/selvedged ,with partition at 1 m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), Dark Brown rust(DBR) not more than 5 % after subjecting to 10000 hours of neutral salt spray as per ISO 9227 and polymer should be resistant to abrasion after 300 cycles and shall not expose metal wire in accordance with the procedure described in ASTM A 975, as directed by Engineer-in –Charge. Note :-Hand packing of stone boulder inside gabion will be measured paid and paid separtely under respective item.

Supply and installation of non woven geotextile as filter media behind Gabion / Reinforced soil wall, behind gabion fascia and wrapped around PVC pipe, as per MoRTH 700 Type-III geotextile. The width of geotextile roll shall not be less than 4.5 m, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery,materials, labour complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing self-drilling anchors of min. 32 mm diameter on cut slope with yield load > 230 KN with attached sacrificial drill bit, nut, washer plate, coupler for connecting bars with suitable corrosion protection coating for bar and accessories and full length grouting including all ancillary works for soil nailing/surface anchoring including all ancillary material, machinery, Labour as per detailed technical specifications complete all as directed.

Supply and installation of three dimensional erosion control mat made of polypropylene polymer of minimum mass per unit area 400 gm / sq.m extruded on to a mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh (as per EN 10223-3) made up of 2.7mm dia having a tensile strength of 80kN/m. Steel wire and mesh type 8 x 10 having Zn-Al 5% coating as per EN 10244-2 longitudinally weaved with steel cable of 8 mm diameter at a spacing of 1.0 m, including fixing of U pins of 8mm diameter of typical depth 500mm at 1m c/c spacing, including top/bottom support ropes, lacing required to connect the nets and all accessories such as Laplinks, U-clamps, thimbles, including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of High Performance-Flexible Growth Medium (HP-FGM) which is100% biodegradable, composed of 100% recycled, thermally refined (within a pressurized vessel) virgin wood fibers, crimped interlocking biodegradable fibers, mineral activators, and wetting agents (including high-viscosity colloidal polysaccharides, crosslinked biopolymers and water absorbents) along with STANDARD prescriptive agronomic formulations such as fertilizer, extended-term dyes, soil pH modifiers, bio stimulant materials and seeds which is hydraulically-applied for Erosion control and faster growth of Vegetation including Supply and application of Biotic Soil Media (BSM) - a combination of recycled Thermally Refined bark and wood fibers with a proprietary blend of biopolymers, biochar, seaweed extract, humic acid, endomycorrhizae and other beneficial constituents. All components of the Biotic Soil Media blend shall be of naturally derived and renewable, and engineered to optimize moisture retention, growth and establishment of vegetation. BSM is applied hydraulically over soil substrate to add organic matter so as to enrich soil nutrients prior to application of HP-FGM or other hydraulic erosion control mulch layers. as per BSM specifications along with standard prescriptive agronomic formulations such as fertilizer, extended-term dyes, soil pH modifiers, bio stimulant materials, seeds etc as specified.

M&L for hand packing of stone boulders ( any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc and raising ( or lowering) to the requred level all as spd .

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregates) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete, finished even and smooth using extra cement.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 ( 40 mm graded stone agg) as in cement concrete in surface chanel and drain complete all as spd and directed.

Returning filling in including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm all as spd & directed

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and deposited where as directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point all complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fiar finished drains or chanels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete , using extra cement , including forms , moulds , mitred / stoped ends etc complete all as per specified and directed .
