M&L in repairs 1.25 mm thick Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type including removal of old shutter all as specified

Ditto, but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs interlocking lath section formed from cold rolled steel strips 1.25mm thick and the section of the laths shall be continuous single piece without any welded joints and each automatic lock section shall be fitted with malleable cast iron or mild steel clips at either ends all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for repairs and servicing of rolling shutters (Size of Rolling shutter not exceeding 25 Sqm) including necessary safety arrangaments and removing of worn-out components such as hood cover laths ball bearings helical wire spring, lock plates, brackets, plates,shaft rod, laths, straightening of existing at required places including greasing and refixing in the same location as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Labour only for repairs and servicing of rolling shutters (Size of Rolling shutterexceeding 25 Sqm and n.exc 40 sqm) including necessary safety arrangaments and removing of worn-out components such as hood cover laths ball bearings helical wire spring, lock plates, brackets, plates,shaft rod, laths, straightening of existing at required places including greasing and refixing in the same location as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply only 450 mm long helical wire spring of 7mm dia wire.

All as per above item but size 300 mm long of 6.40 mm dia of wire.

Supply only MS pipe medium grade of 40 mm dia bore with necessary holes or shaft all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only MS pipe medium grade of 50 mm dia bore with necessary holes or shaft all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only lock plate (Width 125mm) made out of MS sheet 3.15mm thick welded with angle 35 x 35 x 5 mm at the bottom and shall fitted with MS sliding door, interior and exterior sides of lock plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only gear mechanically operated system with spur wheel gear worn wheel and bevel gear box with handle for free movement of rolling shutters all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS hood cover of 1.00 mm thick sheet to the rolling shutter for various openings all as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Supply only Guide channel of 3.15mm thick and 65 mm wide for rolling shutters as required at site and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only Guide channel of 3.15mm thick and 75 mm wide for rolling shutters as required at site and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters all as specified

M&L Ball bearing for rolling shutters all as specified

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. (Note: The maximum height of building has 15 m and the rated quoted has inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements.)

S&F 1.00 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 120 gms all as specified. (Note: The maximum height of building has 15 m and the rated quoted has inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements.)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M&L Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete including removal of exsiting gate all as specifed and as directed.

M&L Mild steel Fe 410 W Gde-E-250 Quality - B Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

M&L preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters & rain water pipes ( any size or pattern) including all fittings , heads, shoes , bends, swan- necks, etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings & accessories) .

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single cocketed , in any length , in rubber ring joints fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm aggregate) as in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.
