Shifting of DEA sets from following stand alone sites to BTS hub sites including dismantling the DG set from the existing foundation,earthing,electrical cable, loading the DG set along with all the associated items with the help of Crane/Labour, transporting the DG set along with all the accessories to the desired site including arranaging the suitable vehicle for transportation and unloading the DG set along with all the accessories with the help of crane/labour , installation of DG set on the existing foundation, termination of earthing, electrical cable,testing and commissioning etc. as per requirement at site as per following.

Servicing of the existing folowing capacity DEA set , including replacement of mobile oil, diesel & mobile oil filters etc complete as reqd.

15 KVA DEA set (for DG from Kotli Dhole Shah to Jeobala)

50 KVA DEA set (for DG from Gharind to Jandiala)

Providing rewinding to the existing alternator of 63 KVA rating DEA set (at Jandiala Guru) complete with rewinding of stator & rotor with suitable size/gauge copper winding having suitable class of insulation i/ c dismantling, varnishing, baking & refixing after rewinding etc complete with testing commissioning as required.

Making arrangements for the trolley of DEA set in operational mode which includes checking and setting right the mechanical braking system, leaf springs,axis with bearing systyem with greasing etc. allignement of wheels/rims and provsion of four nos. of new tyres and tubes complete as per requirement at site. 1. Trolley at Jandial Guru.

Supplying and laying of 4X10 Sqmm PVC Insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE Al conductor cable from DG set to main panel including connection complete etc as required.

Supplying and Installation of maintenance free New Lead acid Batteries of following types/rating for existing DG Set at various sites complete with first fill of electrolyte & first charging i/c if required as per site conditions replacement of leads, nut bolts ,terminals/thimblescomplete as reqd.( Make:- As per BSNL Product Directory )
