the bidder/OEM shall have minimum experience as defined below in any of the last 2 years as on bid submission date, established language lab for English and Foreign language learning in any central/state/PSU schools/college/University/Education institutes in India

Either should be a company registered under the Companies Act or a society/trust registered under the Societies Act

The bidder must have a valid PAN and GST Registration number

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted/ barred by any Central or State Government or a statutory authority or a public sector undertaking, as the case may be, from participating in any project. In case, the bar subsists as on the date of Proposal, bidder would not be eligible to submit a proposal either by itself or through its Associate in India

OEM authorization The Bidder should submit a Manufacturers Authorization Form (MAF) from the Language Lab OEM

Technical brochures for the language lab solution

Demonstration of the language lab software features is to be part of the technical evaluation

The bidder/OEM should have minimum 2 Crores of average annual turnover in Financial Years (FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)
