Supply and installation of Level Stickers: 40x20cm on 3mm thick Foamboard with vinyl print of approved colour . All work should be completed as per the instruction of Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and installation of Name Changing Boards: 40x15cm,3mm Acrylic with Vinyl print, Single side display, Fixing with double side tape 1mm and all approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of Way finding Display: 760x380 mm - Acrylic Base-3mm Acrylic Letter, Aluminium Frame,to be hung from roof ceiling / false ceiling.

Supply and installation of Room Name of 15cm height in 3mm Foamboard with Vinyl print, fixing with double side tape-3m or equivalent, all as per the approval of Engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of Room Numbers and bed nos. 100mm circle vinyl print & cut + Lamination-sticker all as per the approval of Engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of Acrylic Sandwich display: 915 x 610mm. 3mm Clear Acrylic (2pc)with 4 steel spacer studs and Vinyl print.

Supply and installation of frosted film 1.2mm thick 3m,garware or equivalent brands including cutting material & fixing etc complete.

Supply and installation of Suncontrol Film thickness 2 Mil, visible light transmittance at a range of 35-50% and solar energy rejection at a range of 52-65% (graware or equivalent brand) as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Design,supply and installation of high quality printed 3.4 mil thick Vinyl pasted directly on acp / wall, or any other surface as approved by engineer in charge.

Supply and installation A3 size Color laminated fire exit plan as as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Stainless steel Box letters: Design, Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning of box letters as per client requirement with minimum 1mm thickness 304 Grade mirror finish stainless steel at specified location of sizes up to English capital letters 350mm height and 30mm width . The letters will be installed as per the site conditions and as approved by the engineer in charge either directly screwed/pasted to available fascia or with suitable backing.The rate shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, structural supports, labour charges, scaffolding, lead, lift etc. complete as per technical specification, sample signage. Rate shall include supply and installation of logo for GMC logo of size : 30CM height as per the site condition.

Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of External Fascia sign board with content " SUPER SPECIALTY BLOCK- GOVT. MEDICAL COLLEGE,ERNAKULAM " Box letters at specified external parappet wall of 1000mm height and 1200mm thickness to be made with 1.1mm aluminum sheet for cutting letters and trim with interior and exterior powder coated with approved color. Letter front face is made up on of 3mm solid acrylic “aluminum trim cap and vinyl of approved color and make. Letter will be crewed/fixed to structural steel frame work as per site conditions and as approved by engineer in charge. Letters should be lit white LED of approved colour and make with required power supply. The system has to be wired Junction box,MCB, timer rating and all accessories including wiring as required etc.The rate shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, lead, lift etc. complete as per technical specification and as directed by engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of supply and installation of all the necessary structural supports required for the proper installation of above signage at the specified location. Rate shall include supply and installation of logo "GMC" of size 1000mm height. all the support frames to be painted with matching exterior background paint provided at site

Single belt Q manager with following specifications: Belt size: 2.75 meters, Pole size: 990 x 64 mm,Pole thickness:1mm, Base size: 356 mm dia curve, with double embossing material :SS 202 grade,Printed Strap with white color text “ GOVT.MEDICAL COLLEGE, ERNAKULAM” in blue color strap.

Letter front face is made up on of 3mm solid 040 acrylic and side beading in aluminium trim channel as per the colour approved Letters will be screwed/fixed to structural steel frame work as per the site conditions and as approved by engineer in charge. Letters should be lit with white LED of approved colour and make with required power supply.The system has to be wired with junction box, MCB, timer, rating and all accessories including wiring as required etc. The rate shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding,lead, lift, etc. complete as per technical specification and as directed by engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of supply and installation of all the necessary structural supports required for the proper installation of above signage at the specified location. Rate shall include supply and installation of logo for "GMC" of size minimum 450 mm height

25.1 : Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account).

25.7 Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall withAluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well ascurvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressureequalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to makeit watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design.b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium compositepanel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grademineral core sandwiched between two Alumini um sheets (each0.5mm thick). Thealuminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar500based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colourand shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified usingstainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backerrods etc.c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanisedwith serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners,SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators toprevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specificationand drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost ofall mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing inan approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wallwith aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building foroccupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevantaluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminiumcomposite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per theapproved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face ofthe curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width ofgroove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.
