OD126833/2025-2026Supply of full PUR(Cast in Situ), World Athletics ( former IAAF) approved Synthetic Track Surfacing system in accordance with World Athletics standard suitable for conducting World Athletics approved international Athletic events. Total thickness of the synthetic track surfacing system shall be 14 to 15mm comprising 9.4 to 10.0 mm force reduction layer comprising 4.7mm Bottom Layer made with Black SBR granules embedded in PUR coating ,4.7mm Middle Layer(s): Black SBR granules embedded in PUR coating and final resilient wearing layer of granular texture, red-brown. Full PUR coating with EPDM granules embedded 5.0 mm. In high stress areas thickness should be as per World Athletics requirement. Laying and installation according to World Athletics specifications and approved methodology and drawings including provisions of installation of sleeves for throwing events, inlay equipment for pole vault, long & triple jump and steeple chase. This rate also include lane marking and Class 2 certification.

4.1.A.1Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with a motor grader on the prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 Grading-I - Plant Mix Method

4.12Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

5.1.aProviding and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

5.3.2.aProviding and laying bituminous macadam with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with a bituminous binder (VG 30), transported to the site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level, and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction For Grading II - (19 mm nominal size)
