Taking out carefully old UNSV electromagnetic type Bulk water Meter of size 600 mm dia, mechanical meter 600 mm dia , sluice valve 600 mm dia , butter fly/ flap valve 600 mm dia and fixing at directed place by cutting of 600 mm and 300 mm line,with all fittings and fixture as desired, of 600 mm dia Electromagnetic type bulk water meter, 600 mm dia sluice valve , mechanical meter in 300 mm line etc with all accessories and mounting . Calibration of 600 mm electromagnetic raw water flow meterwith standard tools testing upto entire satisfaction of Engr -in - charge and PHED Rep with company test certificate and onground real time test will be produced on hard copy of all feeded data as per real time monitoring duly signed by manufacturer installation engineer with technically proved in presence of rep of PHED. Note;-1Taking Shut down from PHED with Info to GE AF-2 & GE (A) Utility after arrangement of all necessary spl T&P like Crane, JCB ,Deawtering pumps to dewater the 15 lakh ltr water from 600 mm line of 22 KM long reqd approx 5 KM from AF to Army area etc, fittings , 600 mm E mag flow meter fixures, sluice valves ,site engineer, foreman , and adequate Tradesman and labour with desired tools for working at two places.as directed. all materials shall be approved from GE. 2. Approved the work programme from duly recommended by the Engr-in-Charge, for installation of meter and valves etc ,any delay / breakdown due to manual fault shall be financially bear by the contractor. 3. Raw Water shall be dewater upto Aerator, discharge pipe of deawtering pump shall be responsibility of contractor. 4. Any other reqmt shall be deemed to included in quoted rate as per site reqmt.

Material and labour for Ductile iron pipe fittings (Specials) for spigot and socketed pipes such as tapers of any type (straight, bend, increasing/ decreasing or double socket etc), tee pieces, single branch 'Y' junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot and bell mouth pieces) collars caps/connecting pieces/short pieces and plugs for upto 600 mm bore.

Material and labour for Ductile iron pipe fittings (specials) for flanged pipes such as bends, tapprs, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces including short pieces of size not more than 2 mtr but all ends flanged.

Supply and Fixing in provision Stainless steel strainer near aerator size as suit to place with proper mounting/ grouting complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in provision Stainless steel strainer near clariflocculator channel outlet size as suit to place with proper mounting/grouting completeall as directed.

Supply and Fixing in provision Stainless steel strainer near filter bed channel branch size as suit to place with proper mounting/grouting completeall as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of bird guarding stainless steel spike in two row of distance covering 15-20 CM with mounting base including fatners,adhesive etc.complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of bird guarding net with proper sewing /interlock in borders with regzine cloth with facility to tie / fatners by roviding metal rings three one no per ft in length and width complete all as directed.

Material and labour for repair of 600 mm mechanical meter by replacement of unsv parts and calibration with standard meter , including cutting & inserting with fittings complete at place where directed all as spd and directed.

Supply only sluice valve of 600mm dia DI sluice valve and fixing in Item no1 abov geared operation, suitable for mounting of actuator in future PN1.6 , to suit existing on site complete in all respect fixing shall be done under item no. 1 above.. Make :- BVI/Kartar/Kirloskar.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m width and n,exc 1.5m in depth and getting out for laying of pipes etc in any type of soil, and making good to disturbed surface all as directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. Exc 1.5m above starting point all as directed.

Providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate in precast post, fencing post straining or terminal post, struts etc for fencing average sactional area n exc 100 sq cm with or with out chamfered angles and flat spread rounded or mitred tops as directed,

Providing cement concrete type D1 1:4;8 (40 mm graded aggregate in precast post, fencing post straining or terminal post, struts etc for fencing average sactional area n exc 100 sq cm with or with out chamfered angles and flat spread rounded or mitred tops as directed,

M&L for steel sections of any type and size as per site requirement like angle, Tee, Channel, flat, I section , plates as reqd size and type all as directed
