HT PANEL

11 KV VCB Incomer- 1 Nos and Outgoing - 2Nos

Overhauling cleaning/servicing/rectification of existing 11 KV Kirloskar make VCB panel with 3 Nos. VCBs, totally enclosed & fully interlocked , 11 KV VCB Mechanism dismantling, 11 KV CT Spouts dismantling from Panel, VI Housing Rubbing, Cleaning by applying CRC, WD-40, Varnishing done by applying Red Insulation Varnish and Heating treatment done for IR Improvement, AC & DC control circuit rectification, closing circuit rectification, Racked IN inside Panel and power charging, checking all operational mechanism , functions,tripping action, proper operation of relays and meter via secondary current injection test by standard procedure as per IEC 62271-200, as amended up to date and additional specifications and as per special conditions complete as required. Job includes following works to be carried out for keeping the HT Panel & breaker in servicable condition as per OEM guidelines and providing training to staff on operations of VCBs including Rack in and Rack out.

Overhauling servicing/rectification of existing 250 KVA (9-12 KV/433 V) Brentford make AVR including oil filtration, testing of transformer oil (BDV Test) before and after filtration till reach of satisfactory di-electric strength of 50 KV or above, providing grouting material and grouting works, minor adjustment and reapir, replacement of wornout/defective parts like auxillariary contactor, PCB relay card,OTI, gaskets, oil seal for HT and LT busing , gasket change,arresting of any oil leakage,top cover, inspection cover, tap switch, conservator tank, radiators, buchholz, drain valve (as where required) and HT-LT bushing portion etc complete as required. Job includes following works for keeping the AVR in servicable condition as per OEM guidelines and providing training to staff on operations of AVR

PART B SITC WORKS

AVR CUM TRANSFORMER

Design, supply,transportation, assembling, installing in position, testing and commissioning of copper wound 250 KVA oil immersed,naturally cooled, on load, stepless, Indoor type HT AVR Transformers having input voltage 9000V to 12000V 3 phase 50 Hz to get output stablized voltage at 415 V +- 1%, 3 phase, 50 Hz consist of main step down transformer unit having capacity 295 KVA, regulator unit capacity 50/+-415/415 and Buck/Boost unit capacity 45 KVA including civil foundation work in paved area with associated work as per specifications complete as required. Unit A- Main step down transformer completely independent unit complete with all fittings such as uni/bidirectional plain rollers,lifting lugs,earthing terminals,rating plate, filter valve,drain valve, oil filling hole, thermometer pocket, oil level gauge, silica gel breather, conservator, explosion vent, buchholz relay, marshalling box, Radiator Shut-off Valve, OTI, pressure release valve etc complete as required Unit (B & C) Buck boost & regulator in same base but separated by steel plate with all fittings such as uni/bidirectional plain rollers,lifting lugs,earthing terminals,rating plate, diagram plate, drain valve, oil filling hole, thermometer pocket, oil level gauge, marshalling box, Radiator Shut-off Valve, OTI etc complete as required. (The above transformer shall have losses as per ECBC compliant.)

PART C MISCELLENOUS WORKS

Top up the transformer with ISI marked Transformer oil during filtraion as per site requirement etc complete as required

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 120 sq. mm. X 3 core, 11 KV grade, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 120 sq. mm. X 3 core, 11 KV grade, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required

Supplying of the following sizes of 11KV aluminium, armoured XLPE HT power cable as per IS7098(part-2)-1985 amended up to date, as per specifications. (The outer sheath shall be FRLS.) a) 11 KV, 3C x 120 Sq. mm XLPE Aluminium Armoured cable

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheatehd / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of upto 120 sq. mm on existing cable tray/ direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supply and drawing of 2.5 Sq mm, single core 1.1 KV grade copper cable for space heater and thermostat wiring.

Supply and laying of 2.5 sq mm x 3 core Cu cable for UPS connection

Supply and laying of 2.5 sq mm x 12 core Cu armoured. cable for protection purpose

SITC 1 KVA UPS for AVR Cum Transformer.

Supply and fixing of 2.5 mm (nominal ± 10%) thick and 1 mtr wide synthetic insulation mat suitable for 11KV grade as per IS: 15652:2006 with upto date amendments. Insulating mat should be flexible, anti-skid, fire retardant, water and moisture proof with no adverse effect of acids, alkalis and transformer oil and other sealing materials as per specifications. Insulating mats should be lSI marked along- with CM/L nos at every meter. Insulating mats should be ERDA and CPRI tested.

Supply and fixing of following types of high voltage Synthetic Insulating Mat made out of synthetic Elastomer conforming to IS 15652:2006 with minimum width of 1 Metre. Insulating mat should be flexible, anti-skid, fire retardant, water and moisture proof with no adverse effect of acids, alkalis and transformer oil. Insulating mat should be fixed with suitable adhesive/Chem bound resin, water proofing compound and other sealing materials as per specifications. Insulating mats should be lSI marked along- with CM/L nos at every meter. Insulating mats should be ERDA and CPRI tested. (a) Class- A type, Up-to 3.3 KV (Thickness: 2 mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
