Repairs to GCI Godown No.1&2 and RCC Godown No.3&4 in Market Yard, Vemuru of A.M.C, Vemuru in Bapatla District

Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.

Supply and fixing of M.S.Mesh fixing with M.S.Flat frame of size 25x5mm thick including wire gauge 20 mesh cost and conveyance of All materials and labour charges etc., complete.

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks with traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class: Brick Masonry 230 mm thick with Cement Mortar (1:6) prop. (Cement:Sand) using Common Burnt Clay Bricks Non-Modular of traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cm 2nd Class from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, complete as per drawing and Technical specifications cluase APSS 504

Plastering 12 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Painting to Old Iron work 2 coats with synthetic enamel paint of first grade approved brand and colour of ISI make over a primary coat including cost and conveyance of all materials including all labour charges for preparing the surface for painting all taxes etc., complete for finished item of work.

White washing two coats with whiting of approved quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding conveyance charges of materials.

Colour washing in two coats over primary coat of white wash to out side faces (External walls) inlcuding basement, including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Exterior walls are painted with one coast of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint .
