To carry out routine / preventive / breakdown maintenance and operation of all street lights, Loop in loop out boxes & outdoor feeder pillars located at car park area, area adjacent to old ITB & DTB, Operational building area, Cargo area, Residential complex, CISF barrack at Sarat Colony and Narayanpur and other areas as required etc. by engaging skilled and unskilled manpower per day in a single shift at 0800 hrs. per day as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium armoured and aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

a) 3.5 X 35 sq. mm.

b) 4 X16 sq. mm.

c) 4 X 25 sq. mm.

Supplying & Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium armoured and aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

a) 4 X 25 sq. mm.

Supplying & Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium armoured and aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

a) 4 x 16 sq.mm.

Dismantling of defective loop-in-loop -out box from the bottom of street light pole and supply & installation of new loop-in-loop-out box made of 2mm (14SWG) thick MS sheet of size 12"X10"X4" with 4 pole 32A FRP terminal and 1 no 16A protection Kit-Kat with hinged door, locking arrangement painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint with necessary clamping arrangement to fix on pole/inside pillars including providing all necessary materials complete as required.

ITC of street light luminaire complete with all accessories like lamp, holder, ballast, ignitor etc. on the existing arm of street light pole up to height 12Mtr i/c providing circuit wiring with 2.5 sq. mm. Fire retardant PVC insulated copper wire from loop in loop out box up to the fixture as required (Street light fittings to be supplied by the department).

Supplying & fixing of power contactor of type: 3 pole, MNX 40A rating AC3 similar to L&T make, Cat No. CS94190 or equivalent in the existing feeder pillar i/c connections etc. as required.

Supplying & fixing of power contactor type: 3 pole, ML 3, 40A rating AC3 similar to L&T make, Cat No. SS90721 or equivalent in the existing feeder pillar i/c connections etc. as required.

Dismantling of 11Mtr. long street light tubular pole from the existing CC foundation i/c light fitting and brackets and stacking the same to the deptt. stores as required

Supplying and fixing 6A to 32A rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB / Outdoor feeder pillar / Loop-in-loop out box complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

a) Single pole

Supplying and Drawing of 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable from loop-in-loop-out box up to top of the pole fitting connection complete as required.

Inspection, Cleaning, Servicing and Maintenance of street light luminaire after dismantling from the pole and re-fixing it in its original position etc. as required i/c carrying out necessary maintenance of the same i/c providing required quantity of consumables like soap, duster, cotton waste etc. as complete as required.

Providing and making suitable street light pole collar for street light pole of height above 10.0 meter and upto 12.0 meter with cement concrete (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland with proper socketing etc as reqd. for following size PVC insulated AL conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade i/c. of proper socketing etc as reqd.

a) 4 x 16 sq.mm.

b) 4 x 25 sq.mm.

c) 3.5 x 35 sq.mm.

Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.
