Supply and fixing in repairs 15 mm bore float valve of high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminuim rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in tank which situated up to 16m height buildingincluding necessary ladder for climbing and including replacement of GI Nipples and other fittings if required .complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.05 above but 20 mm bore complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the rubbish. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

M & L for 75mm thick Cement Concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

M & L for 25 mm thick Cement Concrete type B 1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub bases, sub floors . Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

M&L for repairs to sunken floor slab with the following specifications:- (a) Demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat fillihng and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor,with proper slope towards GI spout. The dia of GI Spuot pipe shall be 50mm Medium grade. The minimum length of Spout shall be 500mm and if any spout comes above chajja than the length of the spout shall be more than Chajja projection. Ends of Spout shall be tippered and any cutting through brick/ RCC structure shall be done by the Contractor rates are deemed to be included of this aspects. (c) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal / Vertical surfaces with preparation & applying one coat of primer (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqm of Make : smart care Damp proof of M/s asian paint or equivelent for water proofing compound. (e) Graded Brick bats filling under sunken floor of required thickness as per site. (f) PCC 1:3:6,type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over brick bats filling as in subbase. Note:- (i) For payment purpose only plan floor area shall be measured. (ii) After Coating of Water proofing compound ponding test shall be carried out by filling the sunken surface with water for 72 Hrs and get approved by Engr-in-Charge if any leakage/ seepage noticed the Contractor will re do the whole process without any extra payment.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tileexceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. laid over 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1;6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge..

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300 mm x450 mm/300mmx600mm) & 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer/ backing coat in CM 1:4 complete and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including plastering upto 15mm thick cleaning the surface and make free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and removing all foreign materials / Bitumenous primer completely , cleaning and washing the existing surface of roof/slab, terraces including flashings and junctions of parapets/Curb walls etc and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed including water proofing compound @ 0.12 ltr per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces throughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as given here in after (a) Bituminous primer @ 0.3lit per Sqm conforming to IS-3384-1986 (b) 3 mm thick APP polymer modified moply FP with minimum wt 3.0 Kg per square metre membrane (one layer) laid by torch application method. (c ) Applying two coat of bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg in two coats (total in two coats) per square metre over membrane. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (d) The overlaps of APP shall be SSR part 1 and APP shall be laid by expert/ skilled workers only, bitumen based aluminious paint applied by brushes only. Note: (i) The contractor shall deploy skilled tradesman i.e. 01x carpenter, 01 x plumber with his helper and mason/welder (as required basis) and required T&P. The complaints slips daily in the morning collected by Contractor/superviser from AGE B/R office and same shall be resubmitted at evening with completion of alloted job duly signed by user . The complaint book shall be made by the Contractor as sample given by Deptt. No extra shall be paid on this account & rates are deemed to be included. (ii) The Contractor shall deploy 01x Computer Operator for monitaring day to day complaints received through ARMAAN APP/ daily complaint register to notedown complaints received telephonically and maintained complaints register and prepare complaint dockets for the execution of complaints for daily at 0830 hrs to 1800 hrs. At evening collecting the various complaint related output data and updated the ARMAAN APP/ daily complaint register on daily basis and submit the report to Engr-in-Charge. No extra shall be paid on this account & rates are deemed to be included. (iii) In case of failure to attend the complaint within 48 hrs. The penalty Rs 150/- for each complaint recovered from contractor. (iv) Due to petty rapair work, The work shall be executed in various bldgs with in AOR of AGE B/R-III under GE(E) Bareilly with small patch work/Small number complaints upto completion of Contract. This is applied for all items mentioned above. No extra shall be paid on this account & rates are deemed to be included .
