Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 300 mm x 450 mm x 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size nexc 0.36 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12-15 mm thick Granite, of any type, table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm and n.exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser Item No 28 above but n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 100 % solid wood plastic composite (WPC) door frame 100x50 mm made from wood plastic composite (single extruded process) material with density 780 Kg/Cum from ISO certified company door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity all as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 100 % solid wood plastic composite (WPC) door frame 125x50 mm made from wood plastic composite (single extruded process) material with density 780 Kg/Cum from ISO certified company door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity all as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick WPC factory made 100% solid flush door (conforming as per IS-4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10 mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600 Kg/cum. Manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire etardant and having screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick WPC factory made Glazed and skeleton shutter (conforming as per IS-4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded open rebated and prepared to receive glass/gauze etc divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitered and rebated sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered, fitting with cut and rebated beads for securing glass/ gauge with density not less than 600 Kg/cum. Material & labour for Water proofing roof treatment with APP polymeric water proofing membranes of weight not less than 3Kg/sqm five layers with center core as 100 micron HMHPDE film sand witched between two layers of polymeric (Static polythene based) between laminated on both sides with 20 micron HMDPF film over a coat of hot blown bitumen with 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm after priming the surface with bituminous emulsion @ 0.30 Litre/Sqm on plastered surface. Water proofing membrane should be laid with over laps 150 mm at ends and 75 mm for sides and shall be bounded uniformity by LPG torch flame over the polymeric water proofing membranes apply semi hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/ sqm dusted sand over the coat of the coat @0.5 Kg/Sqm and applying aluminium reflective paint over it as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.
