Factory made solid PVC Door/window/ventilator Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet and edges shall be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 180 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Mat finish joint less (non skid), Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete, all as specified.

Glazed ceramic coloured/digital tiles of size 350x250/450x350x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, type D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/path/hardstanding etc., 75mm thick, surface finished even and fair, all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 30cmx30cm, 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick or size as approved by Engr-In-Charge, with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick/stone wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC @ 3% weight of cement, complete all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick wall care putty, complete, all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre/ 10 sqm, including preparation of old surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-20 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-20 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75m long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth wire 4mm size and protection pipe of 15mm bore galvanised iron light grade and earth work.
