Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Earth work in excavation in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorums of all varieties, shingles,pebble, all type of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured, shattered, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials, as described under appendix to those specifications either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusivechiseling wedging etc in all conditons such as dry, moist,saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water and disposing of excavated soil for all leads and all lifts etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinthsides, foundation etc. with available excavated earthin layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 Mand all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundation complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:a)All works upto plinth level

b)In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers,abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses,string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size): a)All works upto plinth level

c)In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas,lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases upto floor five level

Centering, shuttering including strutting propping &removal of forms for : i) Foundation, Footing Bases for columns

ii) Vertical surfaces such as retaing walls, return walls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like

iv) Sides and Soffits of beams, Beam Haunchings, Cantilever, Girders, Bressumers and Lintels plinth beams not exceeding 1m in depth

xiii) Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Finishing the canal surface with 6mm cement mortar 1:3
