Sub-Head : Earth Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

a) All kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

a) All kinds of soil.

Sub-Head : Concrete Work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

b) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

a) Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc..

Sub-Head : Steel Work

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Sub-Head : Water supply

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

SH:- Misc. items

Providing and fixing Aluminium Composite Pannel sheet cladding in wall and projection with aluminium / GI frame with silicon ,glazung tap dash fastner G.I screw etc complete in all respect. 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite Pannel wood shade or other approved shade complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing & fixing Golden color stainless steel alphabet in Hindi large 50 Nos of approved text having height 550 mm & depth 25 mm and width not less then 50 mm & 2 Nos logo of size 1800 X 1200 mm including scaffolding etc. all complete as per the direction of engineer in-charge.
