Any Registered individual firm / Agency / Partnership firms / Company, having valid Class-1 Civil Licensee issued by State Government / Central Government.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.4.65 Cr (Credit lines / Letter of Credit / Certificates) from the Nationalized/ Scheduled Banks for meeting the funds requirements etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated flow for three months in the peak construction period).
