Demolition of precast cement concrete block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on external wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 Finished even & smooth W/o using extra cement all as directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggegate) as in copinges, plinth band, parepetes, ralinges upto 60 cm in height etc complete including necessary form work

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving / surface channel or drans n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation,etc or for shafts, wells, cessipts manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out Soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard dense soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 300mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm ,class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC bed to 300 mm bore RCC drain pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate) laid to falls, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of (reinforced) cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers and set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary forms, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F TMT steel deformed or twisted bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips , Fe 500 or FE 500D

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.
