Granular sub-base/surface course with local material (Table 400.130 by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surfac, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.4 as per Technical specification clause 408 (using gravel mix soil using) including hauling / carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63 mm to 45mm (sixty three milimetre to forty five milimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening.binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (By mechnical means) including hauling / carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm to 22.4mm (Fifty three milimetre to twenty two point four milimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (by mechnical mean) including haulage/ carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surfaces of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kg. per sqm ( zero point seventy to one kilogram ) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specification clause -502 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30kg(Zero point two five to zero point three zero Kelograme ) per Square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydroulic broom as per techanical specification clause 503. including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty milimetre) thick composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (Thirteen point two milimetre to five point six milimetre) agg using penetration grade Bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base including mixing in suitable plant laying and rolling with 3-wheel 80-100 static roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either type B as per technical specification clause 508. ( By mechanical means . including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in bitumen surface to the sprecified level grade and cross fall using type- B Bitumen VG-10 as per technical specification clause 510.including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
